REMEDIES IN CASE OF AN EVENT OF DEFAULT. If an Event of Default has occurred and is continuing, then in addition to the actions referred to in Section 5.2 the Pledgee may take any or all of the following actions, without demand of performance or other demand, advertisement or notice of any kind to or upon Pledgors or any other Person (except as specified in Section 8.1(b)) all and each of which are hereby expressly waived by Pledgors:
