Remedies for Breach. If the General Partner shall at any time determine in good faith that a Transfer or other event has taken place in violation of subsection (b) or that a Person intends to acquire, has attempted to acquire or may acquire beneficial ownership (determined without reference to any rules of attribution) or Constructive Ownership of any Partnership Units of the Partnership in violation of subsection (b), the General Partner shall take such action as it deems advisable to refuse to give effect or to prevent such Transfer, including, but not limited to, causing the Partnership to redeem Partnership Units, refusing to give effect to such Transfer on the books of the Partnership or instituting proceedings to enjoin such Transfer; provided, however, that any Transfers (or, in the case of events other than a Transfer, ownership or Constructive Ownership) in violation of subsection (b)(i), shall automatically result in the transfer to a Trust as described in subsection (b)(ii).
