Remediation Plan. Within 30 school days after completion of an evaluation rating a bargaining unit member as “unsatisfactory”, development and commencement by the District of a remediation plan designed to correct deficiencies cited, provided the deficiencies are deemed remediable. The remediation plan shall provide for 90 school days of remediation. A bargaining unit member who fails to complete any applicable remediation plan with at least a “proficient” rating shall be dismissed.
