Remediate Contamination. (a) Without limiting the Lessee’s obligation under clause 27.1(e), the Lessee must ensure that at the expiration of the Term it has Remediated any Contamination of the Leased Premises or any land in the vicinity of the Leased Premises caused by the Lessee, to the absolute satisfaction of the Lessor.
