Remaining Years. The Parking Rates for Signatory Airlines for each of the remaining Full Term Years and the Last Partial Term Year, if any, shall equal (A) the CPI Factor for that year multiplied by (B) the Parking Rates for the prior Term Year.

Leave Year The leave year begins with the first full payroll period of a calendar year and ends with the payroll period in which December 31st falls.
PRORATION PERIOD The Tenant: (check one) ☐ - Shall take possession of the Premises before the start of the Lease Term on , 20 and agrees to pay $ for the proration period. Beginning Date Both parties agree that negotiations for a new contract shall commence no later than 30 days after ratification of the current collective bargaining agreement in a good faith effort to reach a contract. The Association agrees to give the Board notice of intent to negotiate a contract a minimum of sixty (60) days prior to the expiration of the contract in force at the time and also notify Public Employees Relations Commission in writing of this intent.
Contract Year A twelve (12) month period during the term of the Agreement commencing on the Effective Date and each anniversary thereof.
