Remaining Family Members. After the departure or death of Resident, continued occupancy by remaining members of Resident’s household shall be permitted if there is a remaining family member age eighteen (18) or older or an emancipated minor as provided by state law. The remaining family member will be required to execute a new Lease within fifteen (15) working days of Resident’s departure or death. If this Lease is an extension of occupancy by Resident’s household under a prior Lease with Landlord, any amounts due under the prior Lease shall be charged and collected as if they had been incurred hereunder.
