Relocation Compensation. A. The Employer may authorize lump sum relocation compensation, within existing budgetary resources, under the following conditions:

The Employer may authorize lump sum relocation compensation, within existing budgetary resources, under the following conditions: When it is reasonably necessary that a person make a domiciliary move in accepting a reassignment or appointment; or It is necessary to successfully recruit or retain a qualified candidate or employee who will have to make a domiciliary move in order to accept the position. If the employee receiving the relocation payment terminates or causes termination of their employment with the State within one (1) year of the date of employment, the State will be entitled to reimbursement for the moving costs which have been paid and may withhold such sum as necessary from any amounts due the employee. Termination as a result of layoff or disability separation will not require the employee to repay the relocation compensation.
Relocation Compensation. Any teacher who is transferred to another school building as part of a relocation of a program and is required to pack and unpack materials other than personal belongings shall be compensated in the amount of Two Hundred ($200.00) Dollars.
Relocation Compensation. In accordance with Employers’ current relocation policy, Employers will pay employee $26,250 in a lump sum for expenses incurred by Employee in connection with Employee’s relocation to St. Louis. In addition, Employers will pay Employee $11,000 to allow Employee to repay his relocation expenses that are owed to his current employer..
Relocation Compensation. The Company agrees to pay to Employee a relocation compensation payment of $3,570 on the last day of each month commencing September 1, 1996 through and including July 1, 2003, and a final relocation compensation payment of $3,690 on August 1, 2003 (each such payment is referred to as a "Payment" and each such date is referred to as a "Payment Date").
Relocation Compensation. The University may authorize relocation compensation or reimbursement for moving expenses in accordance with RCW 43.03.110, RCW 43.03.120 and/or RCW 43.03.125.
Relocation Compensation. The Company shall reimburse Executive for reasonable relocation expenses actually incurred by Executive prior to Executive’s relocation, including (i) reasonable travel costs for Executive and his spouse between the Executive’s current residence and the Company’s Foothill Ranch, California offices for the primary purpose of relocation; (ii) reasonable hotel and/or temporary housing costs for the Executive’s use when he is in California for a period not to exceed three (3) months from the Effective Date; and (iii) reasonable costs for the movement of personal effects and household goods, all as mutually agreed to by the Executive and the Company. The Company shall gross up for tax purposes any deemed income arising pursuant to the payment or benefits provided under this Section 2(d), so that the economic benefit is the same to the Executive as if such payment or benefits were provided on a non-taxable basis to the Executive. All amounts payable under this Section 2(d) shall be subject to the Executive’s delivery to the Company of appropriate documentation.
Relocation Compensation. Upon the Effective Date the Company will pay an amount equal to $25,000 (grossed-up after tax) in consideration for Executives need to Relocate his primary residence in California reasonably near the Company’s Foothill Ranch office.
Relocation Compensation. The Company agrees to pay to Executive a relocation compensation lump sum payment of $160,000 grossed-up for tax purposes (“Relocation Payment”) for expenses incurred with Livermore, CA residence and Wisconsin housing. Such Relocation Payment will be paid within 10 days of the Effective Date. The Company's obligation to make any Relocation Payment and Executive's right to receive any Relocation Payment shall immediately terminate in the event Executive's employment with the Company is terminated by the Company or Executive, voluntarily or involuntarily, for any reason or for no reason, or upon Executive's death or disability.
