Relocation Bonus. The Company shall pay Executive a relocation bonus in an amount equal to $75,000 (subject to any applicable tax and other required withholding) as soon as reasonably practicable following the Effective Date, but in no event later than January 31, 2016, to reimburse Executive for Executive’s relocation-related expenses (including travel, hotel and incidental expenses, among others).”
Relocation Bonus. The Company agrees to reimburse the Executive for reasonable and customary expenses that the Executive incurs through the twenty-fourth month anniversary of the Commencement Date, in an amount up to $35,000, if Executive elects to relocate to Florida and upon presentation of receipts associated with Executive’s relocation to Florida.

Executive shall submit promptly to Employer invoices, but in any event no later than two weeks prior to any due date for such invoices, for actual incurred Relocation Expenses, and Employer shall remit payment for such Relocation Expenses in accordance with its standard accounts payable practices, but in any event no later than the due date of the invoice. “Relocation Expenses “ shall include, inter alia, the cost of Employer and his family’s relocation to the Dallas/Ft. Worth metroplex, but does include payment of commissions, points or other costs associated with buying or selling a home. Until Executive relocates, Employer will (i) rent a furnished two bedroom apartment within proximity of the office in Carrollton for his use and (ii) reimburse the cost of travel of Executive and his spouse between Seattle, Washington, and Dallas, Texas, in accordance with Employer’s standard travel policy. Given that trips to the headquarters office can be scheduled, Executive and his spouse shall use commercially reasonable efforts to take advantage of reduced airfares. Employer also will reimburse Executive prior to relocation the cost of an automobile rental for the time Executive is in Carrollton
Relocation Bonus. The Company will pay Executive a one-time relocation bonus in the gross amount of $100,000, plus a one-time gross up of this bonus amount for tax purposes (the bonus plus the gross-up, the “Relocation Bonus”). If during the Initial Term, Executive (i) is Discharged for Cause or (ii) resigns his employment under circumstances that are not a Termination for Good Reason, then Executive will be obligated to repay the entire Relocation Bonus and, by Executive’s signature below, Executive authorizes the Company to withhold the amount due, in whole or in part, from any final wages, compensation, bonus, accrued vacation, or other payment due to Executive upon termination.
Relocation Bonus. At the commencement of the Term, subject to Executive’s agreement to repay the amount as specified herein, Executive will be advanced a one-time special cash relocation bonus of $500,000 (the “Relocation Bonus”), which is inclusive of any relocation payments, and which the Company will advance to Executive on the first ordinary payroll period subsequent to Executive’s commencement of employment. If Executive does not relocate by December 31, 2025 in accordance with Section 4.9 of this Agreement, absent reasonable justification or excuse, or if Executive’s employment terminates due to her voluntary resignation without Good Reason (as defined below) or termination by the Company for Cause (as defined below) prior to the one-year anniversary of the Effective Date, Executive shall repay such Relocation Bonus to the Company within sixty (60) days of such failure to relocate or of the date of termination, whichever is earlier. If Executive’s employment shall terminate due to her voluntary resignation without Good Reason or termination by the Company for Cause after her first anniversary of commencement of employment but prior to the second anniversary, Executive shall repay one-half of such Relocation Bonus (i.e., $250,000) to the Company within sixty (60) days of such termination, and if termination of employment shall occur for any reason after the second anniversary of commencement of employment, Executive shall not be obligated to repay such Relocation Bonus to the Company. The Relocation Bonus shall not be subject to gross-up in respect of any taxes due on such payment.
Relocation Bonus. To the extent not already paid under the Old Agreement, the Company shall pay the Executive two hundred forty four thousand dollars ($244,000), payable in monthly installments through October 2009 and subject to regular deductions and withholdings as required by law, with such monthly installments to commence within thirty days of his execution of this Agreement. If the Executive’s house located at 0 Xxxxxxxx Xxxxx, Palm Coast, FL 32137 (the “Property”) has not been sold by October 1, 2009, the Company shall pay the Executive fifteen thousand four hundred sixteen dollars and sixty six cents ($15,416.66) each month thereafter, for a period not to exceed twelve (12) months, if during such month the Executive has not sold the Property, subject to regular deductions and withholdings as required by law. The Executive shall not be eligible for any Annual Cash Incentive for a period as to which he receives a Relocation Bonus.
