Relocation Bonus. The Company agrees to reimburse the Executive for reasonable and customary expenses that the Executive incurs through the twenty-fourth month anniversary of the Commencement Date, in an amount up to $35,000, if Executive elects to relocate to Florida and upon presentation of receipts associated with Executive’s relocation to Florida.

Relocation Bonus. The Company shall pay the Executive two hundred forty four thousand dollars ($244,000), payable in 12 monthly installments and subject to regular deductions and withholdings as required by law, with such monthly installments to commence within thirty days of his execution of this Agreement. If the Executive’s house located at 0 Xxxxxxxx Xxxxx, Palm Coast, FL 32137 (the “Property”) has not been sold by the first anniversary of this Agreement, the Company shall pay the Executive fifteen thousand four hundred sixteen dollars and sixty six cents ($15,416.66) each month thereafter, for a period not to exceed twelve (12) months, if during such month the Executive has not sold the Property, subject to regular deductions and withholdings as required by law. The Executive shall not be eligible for any Annual Cash Incentive for a period as to which he receives a Relocation Bonus.
Relocation Bonus. The Company shall pay Employee a one-time relocation payment of two hundred and fifty thousand dollars ($250,000) to assist with Employee’s moving and relocation expenses associated with relocation to Madison, Wisconsin (“Relocation Bonus”), and Employee acknowledges that Employee is required to relocate to Madison, Wisconsin (or the immediately surrounding area) within twelve (12) months of the Effective Date. This one-time Relocation Bonus will be paid within thirty (30) days from Effective Date. The Company will also pay the reasonable expenses incurred in moving Employee’s household goods (to include vehicles) to permanent or temporary housing in Madison, Wisconsin (“Reasonable Moving Expenses”). The Reasonable Moving Expenses payment will be arranged directly between a third-party moving partner and Company. Should Employee voluntarily terminate employment within eighteen (18) months of Effective Date, Employee must repay to Company the full pre-tax Relocation Bonus and Reasonable Moving Expenses within thirty (30) days of the last date of Employee’s employment with Company.
Relocation Bonus. The COUNTY will compensate XXXXX in the amount of a lump sum of payment of $1,000 for expenses associated with relocation (not a reimbursement).
