RELIGIOUS OBLIGATIONS. 45.01 (a) The employer shall make every reasonable effort to accommodate employees who request time off to fulfill their religious obligations.

Employees who intend to request leave or time off under this article must give notice to the Employer as far in advance as possible but no later than four (4) weeks before the requested period of absence.
