Common use of Relief Clause in Contracts

Relief. Members recognize and agree that any violation of the non-disclosure and non-solicitation agreements set forth in paragraphs 6.1 or 6.2 above, either while the member remains a member of the Company or after termination as a member of the Company, will cause irreparable harm to the Company. In the event that a member, at any time during or after his term as a member of the Company, violates or threatens to violate any of the covenants contained in paragraphs 6.1 or 6.2 above, the Company and each of its members, will have the right to enforcement of this Agreement by means of an injunction, restraining order, money damages, and any other available legal remedy. The violating member further agrees to pay the Company for any and all attorneys’ fees and costs incurred by the Company in pursuing judicial enforcement of this Agreement.
