Relief Pay a) When an employee is temporarily transferred to a higher-rated classification for more than one (1) hour, they shall be paid the higher rate nearest their present classification rate retroactive to the first hour worked in such higher classification.

Relief Pay. When an employee is assigned to relieve in a position of higher wages, within the Bargaining Unit for more than four (4) consecutive working hours, or three and one-half (3 ½) consecutive working hours for Schedule “A” employees, such employee shall receive the higher rate in the relief position that is closest to his present rate. Relief Pay. 22.01 When an employee is assigned to perform the duties of a higher classification (Union or Management position) for a period of four (4) hours or more, he/she shall receive seven percent (7%) of his/her current rate.

Relief Pay. 23.01 When an employee is assigned by a Supervisory role to perform the duties of a higher classification (Union position), they shall receive eight percent (8%) of their current rate. When an employee is relieving in a Non-Union position, they shall receive fifteen (15%) of their current rate. When a Non-Union position is filled for more than eighteen (18) months the Principal Xxxxxxx must be notified and a bonafide reason must be given to extend the term past the eighteen (18) month duration.
