Relief Sought The principal or immediate supervisor shall communicate his/her discussion to the aggrieved and his/her representative, in writing, within seven (7) workdays of receipt of the written grievance.
Relief Period A relief period is a rest period of fifteen (15) minutes which shall be considered as work time.
Relief Events Subject to Clause 13.3, and notwithstanding any other provision of this Agreement, the Supplier shall have no liability for failure to perform the Services or its other obligations under this Agreement if it is prevented, hindered or delayed in doing so as a result of any Relief Event.
Relief Assignments 3.1 All possible regular relief assignments with five days work per week and two consecutive rest days (subject to Rule 2) shall be established to perform necessary relief work or to perform relief work on certain days and such types of other work on other days as may be assigned under this Agreement.
Coronavirus Relief Fund – Rental Assistance Application The Coronavirus Relief Fund – Rental Assistance Application should contain all the necessary information to determine whether a Household is potentially eligible for CRF assistance. In accordance with the provisions of Sections 760.20-760.37, Fla. Stat., it is unlawful to discriminate on the basis of race, religion, color, sex, familial status, national origin, or handicap in the award application process for Eligible Housing.
Relief Periods Employees will be allowed breaks within the shift without reduction in pay and without increasing the regular working hours as follows: Shift Length Breaks Up to, and including 5.5 hours 1 – 15 minute break More than 5.5 hours 2 – 15 minute breaks In addition to the above, any shift over five (5) hours will also have a half (½) hour unpaid lunch within the shift.
Receivership The employment of a receiver appointed by court order to take possession of substantially all of Tenant’s assets or the Premises, if such receivership remains undissolved for a period of thirty (30) days;
Insolvency etc In the event of the firm being adjudged insolvent or having a receiver appointed for it by a court or any other order under the Insolvency Act made against them or in the case of a company the passing any resolution or making of any order for winding up, whether voluntary or otherwise, or in the event of the firm failing to comply with any of the conditions herein specified AIIMS, Jodhpur shall have the power to terminate the contract without any prior notice.
Insolvency or Bankruptcy The death, dissolution or insolvency of, appointment of a receiver by or on behalf of, application of any debtor relief law, the assignment for the benefit of creditors by or on behalf of, the voluntary or involuntary termination of existence by, or the commencement of any proceeding under any present or future federal or state insolvency, bankruptcy, reorganization, composition or debtor relief law by or against me or any co-signer, endorser, surety or guarantor of this Agreement or any other obligations I have with you.
