Relief Assignments. Within each section of each department and including all positions within the below designated pay groups the Supervisor shall maintain a list of regular employees willing to act in relief assignments predictably in excess of five (5) continuous work days yet of less than three (3) months’ duration. The designated Pay Groups for Schedule “A” Outside are one through seven and for Schedule “A” Inside one through six. In the event such an assignment becomes available the most senior employee shall be offered the work provided:
