Relief Assignment. Employees who are not normally assigned to work on a compressed work week schedule, and who relieve for employees who engaged in the compressed work week, shall be subject to the terms of this agreement during such relief assignment.

Relief Assignment a) Fire Engineers or Firefighters assigned to relief shall receive an additional five percent (5%) in compensation based upon a full one hundred and twelve (112) hour pay period.

Relief Assignment. 10.01 Where a first line out-of-scope supervisor or in-scope supervisor normally would be on duty and is absent for reasons such as annual vacation, sick leave and leaves of absence for a period greater than three (3) working days, and no other supervisor is relieving her (out-of-scope for out-ofscope, in-scope for in-scope), an Employee shall be designated as Relief Assignment and shall be paid a rate of five point five per cent (5.5%) over the Employee’s current hourly rate. If the increase of five point five per cent (5.5%) produces an hourly rate below the minimum of the range, the salary shall be adjusted to the minimum of the range or the Charge Pay referred to in Article 9.01, whichever is greater.

  • Relief Assignments 3.1 All possible regular relief assignments with five days work per week and two consecutive rest days (subject to Rule 2) shall be established to perform necessary relief work or to perform relief work on certain days and such types of other work on other days as may be assigned under this Agreement.

  • Shift Assignment Should the University elect to establish a shift on any other schedule than the regular day shift (Monday through Friday) or to assign employees to work on any such shift, the employee(s) with the most seniority in the classification affected or to be assigned on such shift shall have preference in moving to such shift. If an insufficient number of employees in the classification elect to move to such shift, then the employee(s) with the least seniority in the classification shall be assigned to such shift.   • DEED OF ASSIGNMENT/TRANSFER Upon full payment of the TPP and subject to the consent (if applicable) being obtained by the Purchaser from the Developer/Proprietor and other relevant authorities and further subject to Clause 8.2 hereof, the Assignee/Bank and the Purchaser shall observe the following:-

  • Notification of Assignment Any assignment that is not undertaken in accordance with the provisions set forth above shall be null and void ab initio. A Party making any assignment shall promptly notify the other Party of such assignment, regardless of whether consent is required. This Agreement shall be binding upon and inure to the benefit of the Parties hereto and their respective successors and permitted assigns.

  • Additional Assignments The Contractor further agrees to, and if applicable, cause each of its employees to, execute, acknowledge, and deliver all applications, specifications, oaths, assignments, and all other instruments which the City might reasonably deem necessary in order to apply for and obtain copyright protection, mask work registration, trademark registration and/or protection, letters patent, or any similar rights in any and all countries and in order to assign and convey to the City, its successors, assigns and nominees, the sole and exclusive right, title, and interest in and to the deliverables. The Contractor’s obligations to execute, acknowledge, and deliver (or cause to be executed, acknowledged, and delivered) instruments or papers such as those described in this Paragraph 38 a., b., and c. shall continue after the termination of this Contract with respect to such deliverables. In the event the City should not seek to obtain copyright protection, mask work registration or patent protection for any of the deliverables, but should desire to keep the same secret, the Contractor agrees to treat the same as Confidential Information under the terms of Paragraph 37 above.
