Common use of Reliance on Instruction Clause in Contracts

Reliance on Instruction. AFEX is hereby authorised by Client to accept, act and rely upon any instruction, whether oral or written, that AFEX reasonably believes to have been made by, or on behalf of Client. AFEX and its representatives are not liable for any Losses Client may suffer as a result of the misconduct of User(s) or any other person purporting to act on behalf of Client.

Reliance on Instruction.
