Common use of Relevant Information Clause in Contracts

Relevant Information. The Board agrees to furnish, in the form in which it is available in the records of the district, to the Union in response to reasonable written request from time to time all available information concerning the financial resources of the district, tentative budgetary requirements and allocations, as required by law and other information necessary to contract administration and collective bargaining. Costs of materials for duplication of such information and other reasonable costs shall be borne by the Union if documented and requested by the Superintendent.
