Relevant Considerations. Member acknowledges that antitrust considerations include, but are not limited to: a. commitments among competitors to fix prices, limit output, divide or allocate markets or customers, or establish conditions governing dealings with third parties; b. certain commitments “tying” or conditioning the sale of one product or service on a buyer’s purchase of another product or service or requiring the buyer to deal exclusively with the seller; and c. actions by dominant firms to unreasonably hamper competition.
