Common use of Reletting the Premises Clause in Contracts

Reletting the Premises. In the event that Landlord should elect to terminate this Lease, Landlord shall use commercially reasonable efforts to relet the Premises on commercially reasonable terms, in which event it may execute any new lease in its own name. Tenant hereunder shall have no right or authority whatsoever to collect any Rent from such tenant. The proceeds of any such reletting shall be applied as follows:
