Common use of Released Parties Clause in Contracts

Released Parties. The Released Parties are: Defendants and each of its former and present directors, officers, shareholders, owners, attorneys, insurers, predecessors, successors, related entities, assigns and subsidiaries.

Released Parties. The Released Parties are: (a) Defendants and each all of its Defendants’ present and former parent companies, subsidiaries, related or affiliated companies; (b) Defendants’ divisions; and present directors(c) the owners, shareholders, officers, shareholdersdirectors, ownersemployees, agents, attorneys, insurers, predecessors, successors, related and successors and assigns of all of these entities, assigns and subsidiaries.

The Released Parties areinclude: Defendants (i) the Company (ii) all current and former Company parents, subsidiaries, related companies, affiliates, partnerships or joint ventures, and (iii) with respect to each of its former entity set forth in (i) and present directors(ii) above, officers, shareholders, owners, attorneys, insurers, their predecessors, successors, related entitiescurrent and former employees, assigns officers, directors, owners, representatives, assigns, attorneys, agents, insurers, employee benefit programs (and subsidiariesthe trustees, administrators, and fiduciaries of such programs).
