Common use of Released Parties Clause in Contracts

Released Parties. The Released Parties are: Defendant and each of its former and present directors, officers, shareholders, owners, attorneys, insurers, predecessors, successors, assigns, parents and subsidiaries.

The Released Parties are: Defendant and each of its former and past, present directorsand/or future, direct and/or indirect, officers, shareholdersdirectors, ownersmembers, managers, employees, agents, representatives, attorneys, executors, insurers, parent companies, subsidiaries (including Blood Centers of the Pacific and BloodSource, Inc.), affiliates, divisions (including United Blood Services), consultants, subcontractors, predecessors, successors, assigns, parents and subsidiariesjoint venturers, and all persons acting under, by, though, or in concert, with any of them, and each of them.
