Release of Substituted Issuer. An agreement by the Trustee pursuant to this Clause 13.2 shall, other than in the case of paragraph (v) of Clause 13.2(a), release the Issuer (or any previous substitute under this Clause) from any or all of its obligations under this Trust Deed, the Notes, the Receipts, the Coupons and the Talons. Notice of the substitution shall be given to the Noteholders within 14 days of the execution of such documents and compliance with such requirements.

Release of Substituted Issuer. An agreement by the Trustee pursuant to Clause 15.2 will, if so expressed, release the Issuer (or a previous substitute) from any or all of its obligations (save for any guarantee obligations) under this Trust Deed and the Bonds. Notice of the substitution will be given by the Issuer to the Trustee (who will give such notice to the Bondholders) within fourteen (14) days of the execution of such documents and compliance with such requirements.
Release of Substituted Issuer. An agreement by the Trustee pursuant to Clause 16.2 shall, if so expressed, release the relevant Issuer or, as the case may be, LBG (or a previous substitute) from any or all of its obligations under this Trust Deed, the ECNs, the Coupons and the Talons. Notice of the substitution shall be given to the ECN Holders within 14 days of the execution of such documents and compliance with such requirements.
