Common use of Release of Liens Clause in Contracts

Release of Liens. The Company shall file, or shall have filed, all agreements, instruments, certificates and other documents, in form and substance reasonably satisfactory to Parent, that are necessary or appropriate to effect the release of all liens set forth in Schedule 4.7 hereto.
