RELEASE OF AGREEMENT. In the event that the County determines that the stormwater treatment measures located on the Property are no longer required, then the County, at the request of the Property Owner shall execute a release of this Maintenance Agreement, which the Property Owner shall record in the County Recorder’s Office at the Property Owner’s expense. The County reserves the option to record such release of this Maintenance Agreement. The stormwater treatment measure(s) shall not be removed from the Property unless such a release is so executed and recorded.
RELEASE OF AGREEMENT. In the event that the City determines that the stormwater treatment measure(s) located on the Property is no longer required, then the City, at the request of the Property Owner(s) shall execute a release of this Inspection and Maintenance Agreement, which the Property Owner(s) shall record in the Office of the Clerk – Recorder of Santa Xxxxx County at its/their expense. The stormwater treatment measure(s) shall not be removed from the Property unless such a release is so executed and recorded.
RELEASE OF AGREEMENT. In the event that the City determines that the full trash capture device(s) located on the Property are no longer required, then the City, at the request of the Property Owner shall execute a release of this Agreement, which the Property Owner, or the City by mutual agreement, shall record in the County Recorder’s Office at the Property Owner’s expense. The full trash capture device(s) shall not be removed from the Property unless such a release is so executed and recorded.
RELEASE OF AGREEMENT. The provisions of the Delegation of Authority By-Law No. 2011-28, as amended, apply with respect to the release of this Agreement.
RELEASE OF AGREEMENT. In the event that the City determines that the SMPs located on the Property are no longer required, then the City, at the request of Property Owner, shall execute a release of this Agreement, which the Property Owner shall record in the Philadelphia Department of Records at the Property Owner’s expense. The SMPs shall not be removed from the Property unless such a release is so executed and recorded.
RELEASE OF AGREEMENT. Residents may petition to be released from this Agreement by submitting a formal written request to the Residence Life Office. The request will be reviewed by a committee. Such release is available to residents whose circumstances make campus residency impractical or impossible. If Resident is under 18-years of age when a release is requested, consent of Resident’s parent(s) or legal guardian(s) will be required. The granting of a release under this section is under the exclusive discretion of the committee to which the request is assigned.
RELEASE OF AGREEMENT. The Borrower and Related Party will be entitled to a written release of this Agreement upon full payment, observance, performance and satisfaction of all of their obligations hereunder. No release or acknowledgement of satisfaction of this Agreement will be effective unless in writing and executed by the Lender.

RELEASE OF AGREEMENT. If requested by the Property Owner, the City will consider whether all or any portion of the Stormwater Controls is no longer required. If the SFPUC General Manager, or his or her designee, determines that such Stormwater Controls are no longer required, the City shall execute a release or amendment of this Agreement, as applicable, in recordable form. Upon the parties’ agreement to the form of release or amendment, such release or amendment shall be recorded by the Property Owner or the City in the Official Records of the City and County of San Francisco.
RELEASE OF AGREEMENT. (i) Upon completion of all of the Affordable Units and the sale or rental of all of the Affordable Units at Affordable Ownership Price or Affordable Rent, as applicable, to Eligible Households, the County shall release all portions of the Property except the parcels occupied by the Affordable Units from the burdens of this Agreement within thirty (30) days following written notice from the Developer, if at the time the Developer is in compliance with all terms of this Agreement.
