RELEASE AND INDEMNITY AGREEMENT. As additional consideration for the grant to this license by Xxxxxx’x Grove the Licensee hereby releases (and agrees to indemnify, defend and hold harmless) Xxxxxx’x Grove and the City and its officials, employees, volunteers and agents (collectively called the “City” for purposes of this paragraph) from any and all liability, claims, actions, demands and judgments for loss of life, or damage or injury to person or property, including but not limited to attorneys’ fees and all other expenses, arising from or in connection with the use of the facility under this license agreement, except as may result form the gross negligence or willful act of Xxxxxx’x Grove.

RELEASE AND INDEMNITY AGREEMENT. IN CONSIDERATION of payment of the adoption fee to the New England Old English Sheepdog Rescue, Inc. ("NEOESR, Inc.") in the sum of Dollars ($ ) (determined by taking into consideration the age of the dog at the time of adoption), and the adoption of the dog named below, the undersigned Adopter(s) hereby forever release(s), discharge(s), covenant(s) to hold harmless and to fully indemnify New England Old English Sheepdog Rescue, Inc. and their heirs, administrators, executors, successors and assigns or any other person, firm, corporation or agent acting on NEOESR, Inc.'s behalf, from all claims, damages, costs, expenses, loss of services, actions and causes of action belonging to the said Adopter(s) or to any and all third parties, arising from or occurring out of any act or omission involving the adoption of the dog named below and any injury, harm or damage to person or property which this dog may cause from the time of adoption, until the end of time. As additional consideration for the Township’s grant of the right to use the facility, the Licensee for itself and on behalf of its members/players/guests and their heirs, administrators and assigns, which Licensee represents it has authority to bind, hereby releases and agrees to indemnify, defend and hold harmless the Prairie Township Community Center and its officials, employees, volunteers and agents for any and all liability, claims, actions, demands and judgments for loss of life, or damage or injury to person or property; including but not limited to attorneys’ fees and all other expenses, arising from or in connection with the use of the Prairie Township Community Center under agreement.

RELEASE AND INDEMNITY AGREEMENT. I further agree to and do hereby release the employee and the Pasadena Independent School District from any liability that they may have to me, either as a result of the actions, omissions, or negligence of the employee and/or the Pasadena Independent School District, arising from the employee’s use of the employee’s private vehicle to transport me as described above. I further agree to and do hereby promise to indemnify and defend the employee and the Pasadena Independent School District from any claims, suits, or legal actions of any kind arising from my conduct, actions, or omissions while being transported in the employee’s private vehicle as described above, regardless of whether such conduct, actions, or omissions were the result of my intentional, negligent, or grossly negligent conduct. By signing this agreement, I acknowledge that I have read this entire document and I acknowledge that I understand both the Private Vehicle Consent and the Release and Indemnity Agreement provisions set forth above.
