Relative. Relative means any spouse, defacto spouse, parent, child, or any parent or child of a spouse or defacto spouse.

Periods with sick pay are also regarded as inability to work. The impairment is assessed, unless otherwise stated, in accordance with Chapter 7, Section 3 of the National Insurance Act. In order to establish the right to compensation Euro Accident may request that the insured attends an examination at a specially assigned physician.
Relative. “Relative” for these purposes means an individual who is related to an elected member of the Tribal government as a father, mother, son, daughter, brother, sister, uncle, aunt, first cousin, nephew, niece, husband, wife, father-in-law, mother-in-law, son-in-law, daughter-in-law, brother-in-law, sister-in-law, stepfather, stepmother, stepsister, half brother or half sister.
