Relationship. 3.01 The Employer and the Union agree that there will be no discrimination, interference, intimidation, restriction or coercion exercised or practised by any of their representatives with respect to any employee because of her/his membership or non-membership in the Union or activity or lack or activity on behalf of the Union or by reason of exercising her/his rights under the Collective Agreement.

Relationship. 3.01 2 The Employer and the Union agree that there will be no discrimination, interference, intimidation, restriction or coercion restraint exercised or practised practiced by any either of them or their representatives with respect to any employee or members because of her/his an employee’s membership or non-non- membership in the Union or because of activity or lack or activity on behalf of in the Union or by reason of exercising her/his rights under the Collective AgreementUnion.

Relationship. 3.01 The Employer and the Union each agree that there will be no intimidation, discrimination, interference, intimidation, restriction restraint or coercion exercised or practised practiced by any either of them or their representatives with respect to any employee or members because of her/his membership an employee’s activ- ity or non-membership lack of activity in the Union or activity or lack or activity on behalf of the Union or by reason of exercising her/his rights under the Collective AgreementUnion.
