Where there is any inconsistency between this Agreement, the parent award and previous agreements, this Agreement shall prevail to the extent of any inconsistency.

Relationship to the Parent Award. This Agreement: ♦ incorporates by reference the terms and conditions of the Storage Services - General - Award 1999 (“the Award”), as varied from time to time prior to any review and rationalisation by the Australian Industrial Relations Commission, insofar as the Award does not contain prohibited content within the meaning of the Workplace Relations Act 1996, or content that is deemed to be prohibited content, and any such prohibited content is specifically excluded; and ♦ shall be read and interpreted wholly in conjunction with the Award. Where there is any inconsistency between this Agreement and the Award, the Agreement shall prevail.
