Relationship to Employer Policies. This Agreement will be supported by policies and procedures determined by the Employer. These policies and procedures will not reduce substantive entitlements contained in this Agreement but provide guidelines for the fair and efficient administration of the employment relationship and operations of the organisation. If there is any difference between Employer policies and the Agreement, the Agreement will prevail.
