Common use of Relationship of Landlord and Tenant Clause in Contracts

Relationship of Landlord and Tenant. Nothing contained herein shall be deemed or construed as creating the relationship of principal and agent or of partnership, or of joint venture by the parties hereof, it being understood and agreed that no provision contained in this Lease nor any acts of the parties hereto shall be deemed to create any relationship other than the relationship of Landlord and Tenant.
