Relationship Between School and Employees [Attachment E]. The School Corporation shall provide PCSB a petition for charter revision pursuant to §38-1802.04(c)(10) of the Act for any proposed changes to these provisions in this Section 1.1(B) of the Agreement, except that a School Corporation shall not be required to provide PCSB a petition for a charter revision for any proposed changes to its Articles of Incorporation or Bylaws or changes in its accrediting body.
