Relations with Public Authorities. The contractor shall make sufficient arrangement for draining away the sludge water as well as water coming from the bathing and washing places and shall dispose off this water in such a way so as not to cause any substance. He shall also keep the premise clean by employing sufficient number of sweepers. The contractor shall comply with all rules, regulation bylaws and directions given from time to time by any local or public authority in connection with this work and shall pay fees or charges which are leviable on him without any extra cost to Government.
