Relations Commission. Any decision of the Australian Industrial Relations Commission will only be binding if it is not contrary to the National Code of Practice for the Construction Industry and any Guidelines made under it. The binding effect of any decision will also be subject to any right of appeal.

Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained herein, this Section 9.2 shall survive the Closing or any earlier termination of this Agreement.
