Common use of Relation of Parties Clause in Contracts

Relation of Parties. It is the intention of this Lease to create the relationship between the parties hereto of landlord and tenant and no other relationship whatsoever, and nothing contained in this Lease (including, without limitation, the method of determining Rent) shall be construed to make the parties hereto partners or joint venturers or to render either party hereto liable for any of the debts or obligations of the other party.
