Common use of Related Rights Clause in Contracts

Related Rights. Only the Collateral Agent is entitled to receive and exercise the Related Rights pledged pursuant hereto. The Collateral Agent hereby authorises the Pledgor to receive Dividends (as envisaged by Article 3:246 paragraph 4 Dutch Civil Code). The Collateral Agent is entitled to revoke this authorisation if an Enforcement Event has occurred and is continuing.
