Common use of Related Party Transactions Clause in Contracts

Related Party Transactions. The fact that a director, officer or their Affiliates are directly or indirectly interested in or connected with any person, firm or corporation employed by the Company to render or perform a service, or to or from whom the Company may purchase, sell or lease property, shall not prohibit the Company from employing such person, firm or corporation or from otherwise dealing with him or it, and neither the Company, nor the Member, shall have any rights in or to any income or profits derived therefrom. All such dealings with a director or such director’s Affiliates will be on terms which are competitive and comparable with amounts charged by independent third parties.
