Related Party Transactions. No relationship, direct or indirect, exists between or among the Partnership Entities on the one hand, and the directors, officers, partners, customers or suppliers of the General Partner and its affiliates (other than the Partnership Entities) on the other hand, which is required to be described in the Pricing Disclosure Package and the Prospectus and which is not so described.

Related Party Transactions. No relationship, direct or indirect, exists between or among the Partnership Entities or any of its subsidiaries, on the one hand, and the directors, officers, partnerssecurityholders, customers or suppliers of the Partnership or any of its subsidiaries, the directors or officers of the General Partner and its affiliates (other than Partner, or any affiliate of the Partnership Entities) or any of its subsidiaries, on the other hand, which is required to be described in the Pricing Disclosure Package and the Prospectus and which is not so described.
