Related Contracts. 9.1 The work contemplated in the Contract is to be performed by Contractor, who may subcontract without State's approval for the purchase of articles, supplies, components or special mechanical services that do not involve the type of work or services described in Article II, Statement of Work, but which are required for its satisfactory completion. Contractor shall not enter into other subcontracts without written approval by State. Such approval shall not be unreasonably withheld. All work subcontracted shall be at the expense of Contractor.
