Related Conditions. 44.2.1 The fortnightly salary deductions for purchased leave will be calculated on the basis of the employee’s ongoing salary (including annual buyout, district, first aid and clothing allowance where applicable) at the time of purchase. Higher duties allowance will not be included in the purchase cost and will not be paid to the employee during periods of purchased leave.
