Common use of Related Agreements Clause in Contracts

Related Agreements. Any related agreement shall be in writing and shall provide that (a) such agreement shall be subject to termination, without penalty, by vote of a majority of the outstanding voting securities (as defined in the Act) of the Class B shares of the Fund on not more than 60 days' written notice to the other party to the agreement and (b) such agreement shall terminate automatically in the event of its assignment.

Related Agreements. Any related agreement shall be in writing and shall provide that (a) such agreement shall be subject to termination, without penalty, by vote of a majority of the outstanding voting securities (as defined in the Act) of the Class B A shares of the Fund on not more than 60 days' written notice to the other party to the agreement and (b) such agreement shall terminate automatically in the event of its assignment.

Related Agreements. Any related agreement shall be in writing and shall provide that (a) such agreement shall be subject to termination, termination without penaltypenalty with respect to any Fund to which such agreement is applicable, by vote of a majority of the outstanding voting securities (as defined in the Act) of the Class B A shares of the Fund such Fund, on not more than 60 days' ’ written notice to the other party to the agreement agreement, and (b) such agreement shall terminate automatically in the event of its assignment.

Related Agreements. Any related agreement shall be in writing and shall provide that (a) such agreement shall be subject to termination, without penalty, by a vote of a majority of the Disinterested Trustees or by vote of a majority of the outstanding voting securities (as defined in the Act) of the Class B Institutional shares of the Fund Trust on not more than 60 days' written notice to the other party to the agreement and (b) such agreement shall terminate automatically in the event of its assignment.

Related Agreements. Any related agreement shall be in writing and shall provide that (a) such agreement shall be subject to termination, without penaltypenalty with respect to any Fund to which such agreement is applicable, by vote of a majority of the outstanding voting securities (as defined in the Act) of the Class B T shares of the Fund such Fund, on not more than 60 days' ’ written notice to the other party to the agreement agreement, and (b) such agreement shall terminate automatically in the event of its assignment.
