Relapse. In the event an employee suffers a relapse of the same illness within five (5) calendar days of returning to work, the additional hours of illness shall be treated as part of the original illness for purposes of eligibility to access the EIB.
Relapse. 2. If, within 14 calendar days of returning to work after the first pe- riod of sickness, the employee suffers a relapse and again be- comes absent due to the same sickness, the seven- or eight- week period, respectively, in which the enterprise pays wages to the employee, is counted from the first day of absence during the first absence period. Relapse. If a child falls ill again with the same illness within 30 calendar days, then sick pay under the collective agreement shall also be paid for the child care with no waiting period. Successive illnesses of two or more children in the same family at an interval of less than 30 days shall not be regarded as a relapse as referred to above. Neither shall consecutive illnesses of an employee and a child constitute a case of re- lapse referred to in the collective agreement.

Should the same illness of a salaried employee recur within 30 calendar days of returning to work, then the period of employer’s liability for sick leave salary shall be reckoned as for a single uninterrupted period of illness. Should the same illness recur in the foregoing manner, sick leave salary shall nevertheless be paid for not less than the waiting period referred to in chapter 8, section 7, subsection 2 of the Sickness Insurance Act. Implementation regulation: The question of whether an illness is the same or different shall be settled in unclear cases by applying the interpretations of the Sickness Insurance Act.
Relapse. In case of relapse due to the same illness within 14 calendar days of the 1st working day and onward following expiration of the previous period of absence, the employer's payment period shall be counted from the 1st day of absence in the first period of absence.
Relapse. A member who relapses (uses alcohol or drugs) will be told to immediately vacate the house and may not move back in. THIS IS A ZERO TOLERANCE POLICY.

Relapse. 1. A relapse is a break in abstinence. This includes, but may not be limited to, ingestion, inhalation, injection, or any other route of administration of any mood altering substances, prescribed, legal or illegal, unless TnPAP has been notified via a Verification of Prescription Medication report.
Relapse should be discussed in the group and appropriate support given. WVR protocol requires that participants report relapses to their individual WVR Case Manager. We also ask that the Nurse Support Group Facilitator inform WVR of any relapses in within 24 hours.
