Reinsurance Premium Rates. The monthly Reinsurance Premiums due from the Company to the Reinsurer shall be calculated at the end of each calendar month based on the Amount Reinsured under each Reinsured Plan as of its Monthiversary falling in that calendar month. The Company shall pay to the Reinsurer the Reinsurance Premiums on a monthly renewable term basis at one twelfth of the applicable annual Reinsurance Premium Rates set forth in Schedule I.
