REINSTATEMENT OF COVERAGE. The Fund may, in its sole discretion, elect to reinstate coverage either retroactively or prospectively or both once the amounts owed to the Fund by the Company are paid in full. If coverage is reinstated prospectively, there shall, nevertheless, be no coverage for illnesses first manifested during the ten (10) day period following the date of reinstatement.

If Previously Suspended A Covered Employee who returns to an Employer's service during the same Plan Year that he or she took an unpaid leave of absence will have reinstated automatically the benefit elections in effect when Plan coverage was suspended provided such benefits continue to be provided by the Company. If an unpaid leave of absence was taken in accordance with FMLA, such Covered Employee may reinstate his or her election and Salary Reduction Agreement for the remainder of the Plan Year if participation has not continued pursuant to Section 3.3(B). In all other cases, the Covered Employee may only make any new benefit elections for the remainder of the Plan Year, as described in Section 5.1(F).
REINSTATEMENT OF COVERAGE. If your insurance has terminated due to insufficient hours in GROUP BENEFIT PLAN 35 your hour-bank account, you shall again be eligible for benefits on the first day of the second month following the date on which you accumulate 150 hours in your hour-bank account.

When you return to work from a layoff or a leave, your medical, prescription drug, dental, and vision coverage in effect on your last day worked will become effective the first day of the month following the day you return to work.
