Reinstatement for Unjust Discharge. If, as a result of the grievance procedure, it is found that an employee has been discharged for unjust cause, that employee will be reinstated to their former position, or one of equal salary range, without loss of seniority or benefits, and shall be compensated by the Employer for all time lost retroactive to the date of discharge or suspension.

  • DISCHARGE, SUSPENSION AND DISCIPLINE 14.01 (a) In the event an Employee is suspended as a disciplinary measure and the Employee considers that an injustice has been done, the matter may be taken up at Step 2 of the Grievance Procedure.
