Reinstatement, etc. Guarantor agrees that this Agreement shall continue to be effective or be reinstated, as the case may be, if at any time any payment (in whole or in part) of any of the Guarantied Obligations is rescinded or must otherwise be restored by any Guarantied Party or any other holder of any Guarantied Obligations, upon the insolvency, bankruptcy or reorganization of Obligor, all as though such payment had not been made.
