Reimbursement of Tuition. 1. The Board shall reimburse employees of the Association for tuition costs for courses taken in connection with an approved program of professional development studies, from an accredited institution of higher education as defined in N.J.A.C. 6A:9-2.1.

All such payroll advances shall be recoupable against any accrued payroll and/or accrued but unused Paid Time Off due to Executive at the time of the termination of his employment. If any balance remains thereafter on such Payroll Advances, Executive agrees to remit the balance to the Company within 10 days after the termination of his employment.

  • Expense Reimbursements To the extent that any reimbursements payable pursuant to this Agreement are subject to the provisions of Section 409A of the Code, any such reimbursements payable to Executive pursuant to this Agreement shall be paid to Executive no later than December 31 of the year following the year in which the expense was incurred, the amount of expenses reimbursed in one year shall not affect the amount eligible for reimbursement in any subsequent year, and Executive’s right to reimbursement under this Agreement will not be subject to liquidation or exchange for another benefit.

  • Reimbursement of Travel Expenses If the Servicer provides access to the Review Materials at one of its properties, the Issuer will reimburse the Asset Representations Reviewer for its reasonable travel expenses incurred in connection with the Review on receipt of a detailed invoice.
