Reimbursement of Tuition. Tuition costs will be reimbursed to teachers under the following conditions:
Reimbursement of Tuition. 1. The Board shall reimburse employees of the Association for tuition costs for courses taken in connection with an approved program of professional development studies, from an accredited institution of higher education as defined in N.J.A.C. 6A:9-2.1.
Reimbursement of Tuition. 19:1 Eligibility - Teachers within the district are eligible to receive reimbursement for the costs associated with the enrollment and attendance in approved courses for professional improvement according to the following regulations.
Reimbursement of Tuition. Unit members who resign/retire from the District will repay the District for reimbursed tuition as per the following schedule: • less than one year after reimbursement received will provide a full refund of the reimbursed tuition. • at least one year but less than two years after reimbursement received will provide a two-thirds refund of the reimbursed tuition. • at least two years and less than three years after reimbursement received will provide a one-third refund of the reimbursed tuition. In extenuating circumstances, the Association president may engage in a conversation with the Superintendent of Schools regarding a unit member’s obligation for repayment of reimbursed tuition.
Reimbursement of Tuition. If an employee uses the tuition payments referenced above, that employee is expected to remain in this school district for no less than three years. If an employee voluntarily leaves the employment of the school district prior to the end of the three years, the employee will reimburse the school district the percentage of payments made on their behalf using the following schedule: If the employee leaves after 0-12 months = 100% If the employee leaves after 12-24 months = 66% If the employee leaves after 24-36 months = 33% In the event of extenuating circumstances, the Board has the ability to waive this provision by majority vote. This provision goes into effect for classes approved and taken after August 1, 2015.
Reimbursement of Tuition. Company shall reimburse Executive 25% of the cost of his tuition at the Executive MBA Program at the Graduate School of Management at UCLA in which he is currently enrolled so long as he is employed hereunder provided that he passes the coursework (“Tuition Reimbursements”). The foregoing notwithstanding, in the event that prior to March 20, 2008, Executive voluntarily terminates his employment without Good Reason as defined in Section 8.1 of this Agreement, or the Company terminates Executive’s employment before that date with Cause as defined in Section 7.1, then all Tuition Reimbursements shall be deemed to have been payroll advances to Executive (“Payroll Advances”). All such payroll advances shall be recoupable against any accrued payroll and/or accrued but unused Paid Time Off due to Executive at the time of the termination of his employment. If any balance remains thereafter on such Payroll Advances, Executive agrees to remit the balance to the Company within 10 days after the termination of his employment.

Reimbursement of Tuition. A. To improve present programs and to introduce new programs of instruction in Wahkiakum School District, the District will provide reimbursement for tuition of approved courses from accredited colleges and universities or in-service classes, for qualified staff members.
