Common use of Reimbursement of Expenses Clause in Contracts

Reimbursement of Expenses. The Company shall reimburse the Executive for all reasonable and appropriate travel, entertainment and other expenses incurred or paid by the Executive in connection with, or related to, the performance of his/her responsibilities or services under this Agreement, in accordance with policies and procedures, and subject to limitations, adopted by the Company from time to time.

Reimbursement of Expenses. The Company shall reimburse the Executive for all reasonable any expenses reasonably and appropriate necessarily incurred by Executive during the Term in furtherance of Executive’s duties hereunder, including travel, entertainment meals and other expenses incurred accommodations, upon submission by Executive of vouchers or paid by the Executive receipts and in connection with, or related to, the performance of his/her responsibilities or services under this Agreement, in accordance compliance with such rules and policies and procedures, and subject to limitations, adopted by relating thereto as the Company may from time to timetime adopt.

Reimbursement of Expenses. The Company shall reimburse the Executive for all reasonable and appropriate travel, entertainment and other expenses actually incurred or paid by the Executive in connection with, or related to, with the business affairs of the Company and the performance of his/her responsibilities or services under this Agreement, in accordance his duties hereunder. The Executive shall comply with policies such reasonable limitations and procedures, and subject reporting requirements with respect to limitations, adopted by such expenses as the Company Board may establish from time to time.

Reimbursement of Expenses. The Company Executive shall reimburse the Executive be reimbursed for all reasonable and appropriate items of travel, entertainment and other miscellaneous expenses incurred or paid by that the Executive reasonably incurs in connection with, or related to, with the performance of his/her responsibilities or services under this Agreementhis duties hereunder, in accordance with policies and procedures, and subject provided the Executive submits to limitations, adopted by the Company from time to timesuch statements and other evidence supporting said expenses as the Company may reasonably require.

Reimbursement of Expenses. The Company shall promptly reimburse the Executive for all reasonable and appropriate travel, entertainment and other business expenses incurred or paid by the Executive in connection with, or related to, during the performance Term of his/her responsibilities or services under this Agreement, Employment in accordance with policies and proceduresthe Company’s practices for senior executives of the Company, and subject to limitations, adopted by the Company as in effect from time to time.

The Company shall promptly reimburse the Executive for all reasonable and appropriate travel, entertainment and other business expenses incurred or paid by the Executive in connection with, or related to, during the performance Term of his/her responsibilities or services under this Agreement, Employment in accordance with policies and proceduresthe Company’s practices for employees of the Company, and subject to limitations, adopted by the Company as in effect from time to time.

The Company’s obligation to limitations, adopted reimburse Executive hereunder shall be contingent upon the presentment by the Company from time to timeExecutive of an itemized accounting of such expenditures.

The Company shall reimburse the Executive will be reimbursed for all reasonable and appropriate travel, entertainment and other business expenses incurred or paid by the Executive him in connection with, or related to, the performance of his/her responsibilities or services under this Agreement, with his duties in accordance with the policies and procedures, and subject to limitations, adopted by of the Company as in effect from time to time.

The Company shall reimburse the Executive for all reasonable and appropriate travel, entertainment and other necessary expenses actually incurred or paid by the Executive directly in connection with, or related to, with the business affairs of the Company and the performance of his/her responsibilities his duties hereunder, upon presentation of proper receipts or services under this Agreement, in accordance with policies and procedures, other proof of expenditure and subject to limitations, adopted such reasonable guidelines or limitations provided by the Company from time to time. The Executive shall comply with such reasonable limitations and reporting requirements with respect to such expenses as the Board may establish from time to time.

The Company shall agrees to promptly reimburse the Executive for all appropriately documented, reasonable and appropriate travel, entertainment travel and other business expenses incurred or paid by Executive in the course of providing services requested by the Executive Company or otherwise incurred in connection with, or related to, the performance of his/her responsibilities or services under this Agreementhis capacity as Executive, in accordance with policies and procedures, and subject to limitations, the reimbursement policy (if any) adopted by the Company from time to timeCompany.

The During the Term, Company shall reimburse the Executive for all reasonable and appropriate travel, entertainment and other expenses incurred or paid by the Executive him in connection with, or related to, the performance of his/her responsibilities his duties, as well as those incurred in furtherance of or services under this Agreementin connection with the business of Company, in accordance with policies including but not limited to traveling, entertainment, dining and procedures, and subject to limitations, adopted by the Company from time to timeother expenses.

Reimbursement of Expenses. 1.3.1. The Company shall reimburse the Executive for all reasonable and appropriate travelreasonable, entertainment and other documented out of pocket expenses incurred or paid by the Executive him in connection withrendering his services hereunder, or related to, the performance of his/her responsibilities or services under this Agreement, subject to and in accordance with policies the Company’s reimbursement policy as same shall be in effect and procedures, and subject to limitations, adopted by the Company amended from time to time, including but not limited to expenses associated and incurred to maintain licenses, certifications and memberships required to perform his duties and responsibilities under this Agreement.

Reimbursement of Expenses. The Company shall reimburse the Executive for all reasonable and appropriate travel, entertainment and other expenses incurred or paid by the Executive in connection with, or related to, the performance of his/her his duties or responsibilities or services under this Agreement, in accordance with policies and procedures, and subject provided that Executive submits to limitations, adopted by the Company substantiation of such expenses sufficient to satisfy the record keeping guidelines promulgated from time to timetime by the Internal Revenue Service.

Reimbursement of Expenses. The Company Executive shall reimburse the Executive be reimbursed for all reasonable and appropriate travel, entertainment and other expenses incurred or paid by the Executive him in connection withcompliance with Company policies, or related to, the performance of his/her responsibilities or services under this Agreement, in accordance with policies and procedures, and subject to limitations, adopted by the Company as may be modified from time to time.

The Company shall reimburse the Executive for any and all reasonable and appropriate expenses reasonably incurred by Executive during the Term in performing Executive’s duties hereunder, including travel, entertainment meals and other expenses incurred accommodations, upon submission by Executive of vouchers or paid by the Executive receipts and in connection with, or related to, the performance of his/her responsibilities or services under this Agreement, in accordance compliance with such rules and policies and procedures, and subject to limitations, adopted by relating thereto as the Company may from time to timetime adopt.

Reimbursement of Expenses. The During the Term, the Company shall pay or reimburse the Executive for all reasonable and appropriate travel, entertainment and other business expenses actually incurred or paid by the Executive in connection with, or related to, the performance of his/her responsibilities his duties hereunder upon presentation of expense statements or services under this Agreement, in accordance with policies and procedures, and subject to limitations, adopted by vouchers or such other supporting information as the Company from time to timemay reasonably require of the Executive.

Reimbursement of Expenses. The Company Executive shall reimburse the Executive be reimbursed for all reasonable and appropriate normal items of travel, entertainment and other miscellaneous business expenses reasonably incurred or paid by him on behalf of the Executive in connection withCompany, or related to, the performance of his/her responsibilities or services under this Agreement, provided that such expenses are documented and submitted in accordance with the reimbursement policies and procedures, and subject to limitations, adopted by of the Company as in effect from time to time.

The Company shall reimburse the Executive for all reasonable and appropriate any expenses reasonably incurred by Executive during the Term, in furtherance of Executive’s duties hereunder, including business travel, entertainment meals and other expenses incurred accommodations, upon submission by Executive of vouchers or paid by the Executive receipts and in connection with, or related to, the performance of his/her responsibilities or services under this Agreement, in accordance compliance with such rules and policies and procedures, and subject to limitations, adopted by relating thereto as the Company may from time to timetime adopt.

Reimbursement of Expenses. The Company shall reimburse the Executive for in respect of all reasonable and appropriate travel, accommodation, entertainment and other similar out-of-pocket expenses actually incurred or paid expended by the Executive him in connection with, or related to, the performance of his/her responsibilities or services under this Agreement, his duties hereunder during the Term (as defined below). All expenses shall be reimbursed in accordance with policies and procedures, and Company policy subject to limitationsthe Executive providing appropriate authorized evidence (including receipts, adopted by invoices, tickets and/or vouchers as may be appropriate) of the Company from time expenditure with respect to timewhich he seeks reimbursement.

Reimbursement of Expenses. The Company shall promptly reimburse the Executive for all reasonable and appropriate out of pocket travel, entertainment entertainment, and other expenses incurred or paid by the Executive in connection with, or related to, the performance of his/her responsibilities or services under this Agreement, Agreement upon the submission of appropriate documentation pursuant to the Company’s policies in accordance with policies and procedures, and subject to limitations, adopted by the Company effect from time to time.

Reimbursement of Expenses. The Company shall reimburse the Executive for all (i) reasonable and appropriate travelnecessary expenses actually incurred by Executive directly in connection with the business and affairs of the Company and the performance of Executive’s duties hereunder, entertainment and other expenses (ii) attorneys’ fees incurred or paid by the Executive in connection withwith the review, or related tonegotiation, the performance execution and delivery of his/her responsibilities or services under this AgreementAgreement in an amount not to exceed $25,000, in each case subject to appropriate itemization and substantiation of expenses in accordance with policies Company policies, as in effect and procedures, and subject to limitations, adopted by the Company as amended from time to time.

Reimbursement of Expenses. The Company shall pay directly, or reimburse the Executive promptly, for all ordinary and reasonable and appropriate travel, entertainment and other expenses incurred or paid by the Executive in connection with, or related to, the performance of his/her responsibilities his duties hereunder, including but not limited to travel and entertainment expenses, against presentment of the Executive of the expense vouchers, receipts or services under this Agreement, in accordance with policies and procedures, and subject to limitations, adopted other appropriate documentation reasonably requested by the Company from time to timeCompany.

Reimbursement of Expenses. The Company shall will promptly reimburse the Executive for all reasonable and appropriate expenses incurred in connection with Company's business, including expenses for travel, entertainment lodging, meals, beverages, entertainment, and other expenses incurred or paid by the Executive in connection with, or related to, the performance items on Executive's periodic presentation of his/her responsibilities or services under this Agreement, in accordance with policies and procedures, and subject to limitations, adopted by the Company from time to timean account of such expenses.

Reimbursement of Expenses. The Company shall reimburse the Executive for all reasonable and appropriate travel, entertainment and other expenses incurred or paid that Executive incurs in connection with the duties of his employment by the Executive in connection with, or related to, the performance of his/her responsibilities or services under this AgreementCompany, in accordance with the Company’s normal policies and proceduresregarding business expense reimbursement, and subject to limitations, adopted by the Company as in effect from time to time. Any reimbursements under this paragraph shall be made upon Executive’s presentation to the Company, from time to time, of an account of such expenses in such form and in such detail as the Company may request. Executive shall not be permitted to approve his own expenses.

The Company shall reimburse the Executive for any and all reasonable and appropriate expenses reasonably incurred by Executive during the Term in performing Executive’s duties hereunder, including travel, entertainment meals and other accommodations, upon submission by Executive of vouchers or receipts and in compliance with such rules and policies relating thereto as the Company may from time to time adopt. Executive agrees to promptly submit and document any reimbursable expenses incurred or paid by the Executive in connection with, or related to, the performance of his/her responsibilities or services under this Agreement, in accordance with the Company’s expense reimbursement policies and procedures, and subject to limitations, adopted by facilitate the Company from time to timetimely reimbursement of such expenses.

The Company Executive shall reimburse the Executive be reimbursed for all reasonable and appropriate items of travel, entertainment and other miscellaneous expenses incurred or paid by which the Executive reasonably incurs in connection with, or related to, with the performance of his/her responsibilities or services under this Agreementhis duties hereunder, in accordance with policies and procedures, and subject provided that the Executive submits to limitations, adopted the Company on proper forms provided by the Company, such statements and other evidence supporting such expenses as the Company from time to timemay require and provided such expenses meet the Company's policy concerning such matters.

Reimbursement of Expenses. The Company shall reimburse Executive shall, at such intervals and in accordance with such standard policies as may be in effect immediately prior to the Executive Change in Control of the Company, be reimbursed for any and all monies advanced in connection with the Executive's employment for reasonable and appropriate travel, entertainment and other necessary expenses incurred or paid by the Executive in connection with, or related to, the performance on behalf of his/her responsibilities or services under this Agreement, in accordance with policies and procedures, and subject to limitations, adopted by the Company from time to timeor any of its Affiliates, including travel expenses.

The Company shall reimburse the Executive for all reasonable and appropriate travel, entertainment and other expenses incurred or paid by the Executive in connection withwith his employment hereunder provided, or related tohowever, that such expenses were incurred in conformance with the performance policies of his/her responsibilities or services under this Agreementthe Company, in accordance with policies and procedures, and subject to limitations, adopted by the Company as established from time to time, and Executive submits detailed vouchers and other records reasonably required by the Company in support of the amount and nature of such expense.

Reimbursement of Expenses. The Company shall reimburse the Executive for all reasonable and appropriate travel, entertainment and other expenses actually paid or incurred or paid by the Executive in connection with, or related to, the performance course of his/her and pursuant to the discharge of Executive’s responsibilities or services under this Agreement, hereunder. Reimbursement of such expenses shall be paid in accordance with the Company’s customary policies in force at the time of payment, upon submission by Executive of receipts and proceduresvouchers itemizing such expenses in a form reasonably satisfactory to the Company, properly identifying the nature and subject to limitations, adopted by the Company from time to timebusiness purpose of any expenditures except as provided in Section 19 hereto.

Reimbursement of such expenses shall be paid in accordance with the Company’s customary policies in force at the time of payment, upon submission by the Executive of receipts and vouchers, itemizing such expenses in a form reasonably satisfactory to the Company, properly identifying the nature and business purpose of any expenditures.

The Company shall promptly reimburse the Executive for any and all reasonable and appropriate expenses reasonably incurred by Executive during the Term in performing Executive’s duties hereunder, including travel, entertainment meals and other accommodations, upon submission by Executive of vouchers or receipts and in compliance with such rules and policies relating thereto as the Company may from time to time adopt. The Company shall will promptly reimburse the Executive Executive, upon receipt of vouchers therefor, for all reasonable and appropriate necessary expenses incurred by Executive for travel, entertainment and miscellaneous and other business expenses which are incurred or paid by the Executive in connection with, or related to, with the performance of his/her responsibilities or services under this Agreement, his duties hereunder. Such reimbursements shall be made in accordance with policies the Company's regular reimbursement procedures and procedures, and subject to limitations, adopted by the Company practices in effect from time to timetime for similarly situated officers of the Company or of National Media and its other subsidiaries.

Reimbursement of Expenses. The Company shall reimburse the Executive for all reasonable and appropriate travel, entertainment and other expenses incurred or paid by the Executive in connection withperforming his duties hereunder, or related toincluding without limitation, expenditures for entertainment, travel, lodging, and meals; provided, however, the performance Executive shall submit to the Company verification of his/her responsibilities or services under this Agreement, the nature and amount of such expenses in accordance with Company policies and procedures, and subject to limitations, adopted by the Company procedures as established from time to timetime by the Compensation Committee, including audit, related to expense reimbursement of employees.

Reimbursement of Expenses. The Company shall will reimburse the Executive Executive, in accordance with the practices in effect from time to time for other officers or staff personnel of the Company, for all reasonable and appropriate travel, entertainment necessary traveling expenses and other expenses disbursements incurred or paid by the Executive for or on behalf of the Company in connection with, or related to, the performance of his/her responsibilities or services under this Agreementthe Executive's duties hereunder, in accordance with policies and procedures, and subject to limitations, adopted upon presentation by the Executive to the Company from time to timeof appropriate vouchers or documentation.

The Company shall reimburse the Executive for all reasonable and appropriate any expenses reasonably incurred by Executive during the Term for business purposes in furtherance of Executive’s duties hereunder, including travel, entertainment meals and other expenses incurred accommodations, upon submission by Executive of vouchers or paid by the Executive receipts and in connection with, or related to, the performance of his/her responsibilities or services under this Agreement, in accordance compliance with such rules and policies and procedures, and subject to limitations, adopted by relating thereto as the Company may from time to timetime adopt.

Reimbursement of Expenses. The Company shall will reimburse the Executive for all reasonable and appropriate travel, entertainment and other out-of-pocket business expenses that are incurred or paid by him in furtherance of the Executive in connection with, or related to, the performance of his/her responsibilities or services under this Agreement, Company’s business in accordance with the Company’s policies and procedures, and subject to limitations, adopted by the Company with respect thereto as in effect from time to time. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, the Company shall pay or reimburse Executive for charges relating to the use of his cellular phone and business travel expenses, it being understood that he shall travel on first or business class at his discretion.

The Company shall reimburse the Executive for all reasonable and appropriate any expenses reasonably incurred by Executive for business purposes in furtherance of Executive's duties hereunder, including travel, entertainment meals and other expenses incurred accommodations, upon submission by Executive of vouchers or paid by the Executive receipts and in connection with, or related to, the performance of his/her responsibilities or services under this Agreement, in accordance compliance with such rules and policies and procedures, and subject to limitations, adopted by relating thereto as the Company may from time to timetime adopt.

The Company shall will reimburse the Executive for all reasonable and appropriate necessary business expenses of Executive for travel, entertainment meals and other expenses similar items incurred or paid by the Executive in connection with, or related to, with the performance of his/her responsibilities or services under this Agreement, in accordance with policies and proceduresExecutive’s duties, and subject to limitations, adopted by which are consistent with such guidelines as the Company may from time to timetime establish. All payments for reimbursement of such expenses shall be made to the Executive only upon the presentation to the Company of appropriate vouchers or receipts.

The While employed hereunder, the Company shall reimburse the Executive for all reasonable and appropriate travel, entertainment and other business expenses incurred or paid by the Executive in connection with, or related to, the performance of his/her responsibilities or services under this Agreement, with Executive’s duties and in accordance with policies and procedures, and subject to limitations, adopted by the Company from time to timeCompany’s generally applicable policies.

Reimbursement of Expenses. The Company shall pay, or reimburse Executive in accordance with the Executive Company's prevailing corporate policy, for all reasonable and appropriate business travel, entertainment continuing education, and other expenses incurred or paid by the Executive in connection with, or related to, the performance of his/her responsibilities or services performing his duties under this Agreement, Agreement in accordance with policies and procedures, and subject to limitations, adopted by the Company from time to timecorporate policy and applicable Internal Revenue Service regulations.

Reimbursement of Expenses. The Company shall reimburse the Executive for all reasonable and appropriate travel, entertainment necessary business and other traveling expenses incurred by Executive for or paid by on behalf of the Executive Company in connection with, or related to, with the performance of his/her responsibilities or services under this AgreementExecutive’s duties hereunder, in accordance with the policies and procedures, and subject to limitations, adopted by practices of the Company in effect from time to time; provided that such expenses shall only be reimbursed upon presentation by Executive to the Company of appropriate documentation therefore.

Reimbursement of Expenses. The Company shall reimburse the Executive for all reasonable and appropriate travel, entertainment lodging and other expenses incurred or paid by the Executive in connection with, or related to, the performance of his/her his duties, responsibilities or services under this Agreement, in accordance with policies and procedures, and subject to limitations, adopted by the Company from time to time.

Reimbursement of Expenses. The Company shall reimburse the Executive for all such reasonable and appropriate travelnecessary expenses as are incurred in carrying out his or her duties hereunder, entertainment and other expenses incurred or paid by consistent with the Executive in connection with, or related to, the performance of his/her responsibilities or services under this Agreement, in accordance with Company's standard policies and procedures, and subject annual budget. The Company shall reimburse the Executive for all reasonable and appropriate any expenses reasonably incurred by Executive for business purposes in furtherance of Executive’s duties hereunder, including travel, entertainment meals and other expenses incurred accommodations, upon submission by Executive of vouchers or paid by the Executive receipts and in connection with, or related to, the performance of his/her responsibilities or services under this Agreement, in accordance compliance with such rules and policies and procedures, and subject to limitations, adopted by relating thereto as the Company may from time to timetime adopt.

Reimbursement of Expenses. The Company Corporation shall reimburse the Executive for all necessary and reasonable and appropriate business expenses including, without limitation, travel, entertainment entertainment, and other expenses actually and properly incurred or paid by the Executive in connection withthe course of performing his duties and responsibilities hereunder, or related to, the performance of his/her responsibilities or services under this Agreement, in accordance with policies and procedures, and subject to limitations, adopted by the Company from time Executive furnishing to timethe Corporation for review on a quarterly basis a report detailing the expenses of the Executive and having available supporting receipts and particulars.

Reimbursement of Expenses. The Company shall reimburse the Executive for any and all reasonable and appropriate travel, entertainment and other out-of-pocket expenses reasonably incurred or paid by the Executive during the term of his employment in connection withwith his duties and responsibilities as Vice President – Direct of the Company, or related toprovided that the Executive complies with the policies, the performance practices and procedures of his/her responsibilities or services under this Agreement, in accordance with policies and procedures, and subject to limitations, adopted by the Company from time to timeregarding expense reimbursement, including submission of expense reports, receipts or similar documentation of such expenses.

Reimbursement of Expenses. The During the Term, the Company shall reimburse the Executive for all reasonable and appropriate expenses incurred by him in the course of performing the duties assigned to him under this Agreement that are consistent with Company’s policies in effect from time to time with respect to travel, entertainment and other expenses incurred or paid by the Executive in connection withexpenses, or related to, the performance of his/her responsibilities or services under this Agreement, in accordance with policies and procedures, and subject to limitations, adopted by the Company from time Company’s requirements with respect to timereporting and documentation of such expenses.

The Company shall reimburse the Executive for any and all reasonable and appropriate travel, entertainment and other out-of-pocket expenses reasonably incurred or paid by the Executive during the term of his employment in connection withwith his duties and responsibilities as Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of the Company, or related toprovided that the Executive complies with the policies, the performance practices and procedures of his/her responsibilities or services under this Agreement, in accordance with policies and procedures, and subject to limitations, adopted by the Company from time to timeregarding expense reimbursement, including submission of expense reports, receipts or similar documentation of such expenses.

The Company shall reimburse the Executive for all reasonable and appropriate any expenses reasonably incurred by Executive during the Term, in furtherance of Executive’s duties hereunder, including first-class business travel, entertainment meals and other expenses incurred accommodations, upon submission by Executive of vouchers or paid by the Executive receipts and in connection with, or related to, the performance of his/her responsibilities or services under this Agreement, in accordance compliance with such rules and policies and procedures, and subject to limitations, adopted by relating thereto as the Company may from time to timetime adopt.

Reimbursement of Expenses. The Company shall reimburse the Executive for all reasonable and appropriate any expenses reasonably incurred by Executive for business purposes in furtherance of Executive’s duties hereunder, including travel, entertainment meals and other accommodations, upon submission by Executive of vouchers or receipts evidencing such expenses incurred or paid by the Executive and in connection withcompliance with such rules, or related to, the performance of his/her responsibilities or services under this Agreement, in accordance with policies and procedures, and subject to limitations, adopted by procedures relating thereto as the Company may from time to timetime adopt.

Reimbursement of Expenses. The Company shall agrees to reimburse the Executive for all reasonable and appropriate necessary business (including travel, entertainment and other ) expenses incurred or paid by the Executive him in connection with, or related to, the performance of his/her responsibilities or services under this Agreementhis duties hereunder; provided, however, that the Executive shall, as a condition of reimbursement, submit verification of the nature and amount of such expenses in accordance with reimbursement policies and procedures, and subject from time to limitations, time adopted by the Company from time and in sufficient detail to timecomply with rules and regulations promulgated by the Internal Revenue Service.
