Common use of Reimbursement of Expenses Clause in Contracts

Reimbursement of Expenses. During the Employment Period, the Company shall reimburse the Executive in accordance with Company policy for all reasonable and necessary traveling expenses and other disbursements incurred by the Executive for or on behalf of the Company in connection with the performance of the Executive’s duties hereunder upon presentation of appropriate receipts or other documentation therefor, in accordance with all applicable policies of the Company.

Reimbursement of Expenses. During the Employment PeriodTerm, the Company shall reimburse the Executive Executive, in accordance with the policies and practices of the Company policy in effect from time to time, for all reasonable and necessary traveling expenses and other disbursements incurred by the Executive for or on behalf of the Company in connection with the performance of the Executive’s duties hereunder upon presentation by the Executive to the Company of appropriate receipts or other documentation therefor, in accordance with all applicable policies of the Companytherefore.

Reimbursement of Expenses. During the Employment Period, the Company shall will reimburse the Executive in accordance with Company policy for all reasonable and necessary traveling out-of-pocket expenses incurred by him in the course of performing his duties under this Agreement which are consistent with the Company’s policies in effect from time to time with respect to travel, entertainment and other disbursements incurred by the Executive for or on behalf of the Company in connection with the performance of the Executive’s duties hereunder upon presentation of appropriate receipts or other documentation thereforbusiness expenses, in accordance with all applicable policies of subject to the Company’s requirements with respect to reporting and documentation of such expenses.

Reimbursement of Expenses. During the Employment PeriodTerm of Employment, the Company shall reimburse the or cause Executive in accordance with Company policy to be reimbursed for all reasonable and necessary traveling expenses documented travel, entertainment and other disbursements expenses reasonably incurred by the Executive for or on behalf of the Company in connection with the performance of the Executive’s his duties hereunder upon presentation of appropriate receipts or other documentation thereforand, in each case, in accordance with all applicable policies of rules, customs and usages promulgated by the CompanyCompanies from time to time in effect.

Reimbursement of Expenses. During the Employment Period, the Company shall will reimburse Executive for all out-of-pocket business expenses that are incurred by him in furtherance of the Executive Company’s business in accordance with the Company’s policies with respect thereto as in effect from time to time. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, the Company policy for all reasonable and necessary traveling expenses and other disbursements incurred by the shall pay or reimburse Executive for or on behalf charges relating to the use of the Company in connection with the performance of the Executive’s duties hereunder upon presentation of appropriate receipts or other documentation therefor, in accordance with all applicable policies of the Companyhis cellular phone and reasonable business travel expenses.

During the Employment Period, the Company shall will reimburse the Executive in accordance with Company policy for all reasonable and necessary traveling out-of-pocket expenses necessarily incurred by him in the course of performing his duties under this Agreement which are consistent with the Company’s policies in effect from time to time with respect to travel, entertainment and other disbursements incurred business expenses. Reimbursement by the Executive Company for or on behalf of the Company expenses set forth in connection with the performance of the Executive’s duties hereunder upon presentation of appropriate receipts or other documentation therefor, in accordance with all applicable policies of above will be subject to the Company’s requirements with respect to reporting and documentation of such expenses.

During the Employment PeriodTerm, the Company shall pay or promptly reimburse the Executive Executive, upon submission of proper invoices in accordance with Company policy the Company’s normal procedures, for all reasonable out-of-pocket business, entertainment and necessary traveling travel expenses and other disbursements incurred by the Executive for or on behalf of the Company in connection with the performance of the Executive’s his duties hereunder upon presentation of appropriate receipts or other documentation therefor, in accordance with all applicable policies of the Companyhereunder.

During the Employment PeriodTerm, the Company Executive shall reimburse the Executive in accordance with Company policy be reimbursed for all reasonable items of travel, food and necessary traveling lodging and miscellaneous expenses and other disbursements reasonably incurred by the Executive for or him on behalf of the Company in connection with Company, provided that such expenses are incurred, documented and submitted to the performance of the Executive’s duties hereunder upon presentation of appropriate receipts or other documentation thereforCompany, all in accordance with all applicable the reimbursement policies of the CompanyCompany as in effect from time to time.

During the Employment Period, the Company shall reimburse the Executive in accordance with any then current Company policy policies for all reasonable expenses reasonably and necessary traveling expenses and other disbursements actually incurred by the Executive for or on behalf of the Company in connection with the performance of the Executive’s 's duties hereunder upon presentation of appropriate receipts or other documentation therefor, in accordance with all applicable policies of the Companyhereunder.

During the Employment Period, the Company shall reimburse the Executive in accordance with Company policy for all reasonable and necessary traveling expenses and other disbursements reasonably incurred by the Executive for or on behalf of the Company him in connection with the performance business of the Executive’s duties hereunder Company and its Affiliates, upon presentation of appropriate proper receipts or other documentation thereforproof of expenditure and subject to such reasonable guidelines or limitations provided to the Executive and applied prospectively, in accordance with all applicable policies of as established by the Company.

During the Executive's Term of Employment Periodwith the Company, the Company shall pay or reimburse the Executive in accordance with Company policy for all reasonable and necessary traveling travel, entertainment or other reasonable expenses and other disbursements paid or incurred by the Executive for or on behalf of the Company in connection with the performance of the Executive’s duties hereunder upon presentation of appropriate receipts or other documentation therefor, in accordance with all applicable policies of the Companyperforming his obligations hereunder.

During the Employment Period, the Company shall will reimburse the Executive in accordance with Company policy for all reasonable and necessary traveling out-of-pocket expenses incurred by him in the course of performing his duties that are consistent with the Company’s policies in effect from time to time with respect to travel, entertainment and other disbursements incurred by the Executive for or on behalf of the Company in connection with the performance of the Executive’s duties hereunder upon presentation of appropriate receipts or other documentation thereforbusiness expenses, in accordance with all applicable policies of subject to the Company’s requirements with respect to reporting and documentation of such expenses.

Reimbursement of such expenses shall be paid on a regular basis, upon submission by the Executive’s duties hereunder upon presentation Executive of appropriate receipts or other documentation therefor, vouchers itemizing such expenses in accordance with all applicable policies of a form satisfactory to the Company, properly identifying the nature and business purpose of any expenditures.

Reimbursement of Expenses. During the Employment Period, the Company shall will reimburse the Executive in accordance with Company policy for all reasonable and necessary traveling out-of-pocket expenses incurred by him/her in the course of performing his/her duties that are consistent with the Company’s policies in effect from time to time with respect to travel, entertainment and other disbursements incurred by the Executive for or on behalf of the Company in connection with the performance of the Executive’s duties hereunder upon presentation of appropriate receipts or other documentation thereforbusiness expenses, in accordance with all applicable policies of subject to the Company’s requirements with respect to reporting and documentation of such expenses.

Reimbursement of Expenses. During the Employment Period, the Company shall will reimburse the Executive in accordance with Company policy for all reasonable and necessary traveling out-of-pocket expenses incurred by him in the course of performing his duties under this Agreement which are consistent with the Company's policies in effect from time to time with respect to travel, entertainment and other disbursements incurred business expenses. Reimbursement by the Executive Company for or on behalf of the Company in connection with the performance of the Executive’s duties hereunder upon presentation of appropriate receipts or other documentation therefor, in accordance with all applicable policies of expenses set forth above will be subject to the Company's requirements with respect to reporting and documentation of such expenses.

Reimbursement of Expenses. (i) During the Employment Period, the Company shall will reimburse the Executive in accordance with Company policy for all reasonable and necessary traveling out-of-pocket expenses incurred by him in the course of performing his duties that are consistent with the Company’s policies in effect from time to time with respect to travel, entertainment and other disbursements incurred by the Executive for or on behalf of the Company in connection with the performance of the Executive’s duties hereunder upon presentation of appropriate receipts or other documentation thereforbusiness expenses, in accordance with all applicable policies of subject to the Company’s requirements with respect to reporting and documentation of such expenses. The Company agrees that travel and accommodation will be at the business class level.

Reimbursement of Expenses. During the Employment Period, the Company shall reimburse the Executive in accordance with Company policy for all reasonable and necessary traveling expenses travel, entertainment and other disbursements expenses incurred or paid by the Executive for or on behalf of the Company in connection with with, or related to, the performance of the Executive’s duties hereunder upon presentation of appropriate receipts duties, responsibilities or other documentation thereforservices under this Agreement, in accordance with all applicable policies of and procedures, and subject to limitations, adopted by the CompanyCompany from time to time.

Reimbursement of Expenses. During the Employment Period, the Company shall reimburse the Executive in accordance with Company policy for all reasonable and necessary traveling out-of-pocket business expenses and other disbursements incurred by Executive in the Executive for or on behalf course of the Company in connection with the performance of the performing Executive’s duties hereunder upon presentation of appropriate receipts or other documentation thereforand responsibilities under this Agreement which are consistent with the Company’s policies, in accordance effect from time to time, with all applicable policies of respect to travel, entertainment and other business expenses, subject to the Company’s regular requirements with respect to reporting and documentation of such expenses.

Reimbursement of Expenses. During the Employment Period, the Company shall will reimburse the Executive in accordance with Company policy for all reasonable and necessary traveling out-of-pocket expenses incurred by him during the Employment Period in the course of performing his duties under this Agreement which are consistent with the Company's policies in effect from time to time with respect to travel, entertainment and other disbursements incurred by the Executive for or on behalf of the Company business expenses (including, but not limited to, an automobile allowance in connection with the performance of the Executive’s duties hereunder upon presentation of appropriate receipts or an amount not less than that afforded to other documentation therefor, in accordance with all applicable policies similarly situated officers and/or employees of the Company), subject to the Company's requirements with respect to reporting and documentation of such expenses.
