Common use of Reimbursement of Expenses Clause in Contracts

Reimbursement of Expenses. The Company shall reimburse Executive, upon presentation of proper expense statements, for all authorized, ordinary and necessary out-of-pocket expenses reasonably incurred by Executive during the Term in connection with the performance of his services pursuant to this Agreement hereunder in accordance with the Company’s expense reimbursement policy.

Reimbursement of Expenses. The Company shall reimburse Executive, upon presentation of proper expense statements, Executive for all authorized, ordinary and necessary reasonable out-of-pocket expenses reasonably incurred by Executive during in the Term in connection with the performance course of his services pursuant duties, upon presentation of appropriate documentation of such costs as and when required by and to this Agreement hereunder in accordance the satisfaction of the Company, on a basis that is consistent with the Company’s expense reimbursement policypast practices.

Reimbursement of Expenses. The Company shall will reimburse Executive, upon presentation of proper expense statements, the Executive for all authorized, ordinary those customary and necessary out-of-pocket business expenses reasonably incurred by Executive during the Term him in connection with the performance of his services duties and activities on behalf of the Company. Except as provided in this Agreement, such expenses will be reimbursed only on presentation by the Executive of appropriate documentation to substantiate such expenses pursuant to this Agreement hereunder in accordance with the Company’s expense policies and procedures of the Company governing reimbursement policyof business expenses to its executives.

Reimbursement of Expenses. The Company shall pay, or will reimburse ExecutiveExecutive for, upon presentation of proper expense statements, for all authorized, ordinary and necessary out-of-pocket reasonable business expenses reasonably incurred by Executive during the Term in connection with the performance of his services pursuant to this Agreement Executive’s duties hereunder in accordance with the Company’s expense reimbursement Company policy.

Reimbursement of Expenses. The Company shall reimburse Executivethe Executive for all reasonable and necessary expenses actually incurred by the Executive directly in connection with the business and affairs of the Company and the performance of his duties hereunder, upon presentation of proper expense statements, for all authorized, ordinary receipts or other proof of expenditure and necessary out-of-pocket expenses reasonably incurred by Executive during the Term in connection with the performance of his services pursuant to this Agreement hereunder in accordance with such reasonable guidelines or limitations established by the Company’s expense reimbursement policyBoard from time to time.

Reimbursement of Expenses. The Company shall reimburse Executive, upon presentation will provide for the payment or reimbursement of proper expense statements, for all authorized, ordinary reasonable and necessary out-of-pocket expenses reasonably incurred by the Executive during the Term in connection with the performance of his services pursuant to duties under this Agreement hereunder in accordance with the Company’s expense reimbursement policy, as such may change from time to time.

Reimbursement of Expenses. The Promptly following presentation of expense statements, receipts, vouchers, or such other information and documentation as the Company may reasonably require, the Company shall reimburse Executive, upon presentation of proper expense statements, Executive for all authorized, ordinary business expenses that are reasonable and necessary out-of-pocket expenses reasonably and incurred by Executive during the Term in connection with the performance of while performing his services pursuant to duties under this Agreement hereunder in accordance with the Company’s expense reimbursement policyAgreement.

Reimbursement of Expenses. Reimbursement of Expenses. The Company shall reimburse ExecutiveExecutive for all reasonable and necessary expenses actually incurred by Executive directly in connection with the business and affairs of the Company and the performance of his duties hereunder, upon presentation of proper expense statements, for all authorized, ordinary receipts or other proof of expenditure and necessary out-of-pocket expenses reasonably incurred by Executive during the Term in connection with the performance of his services pursuant to this Agreement hereunder in accordance with such reasonable guidelines or limitations established by the Company’s expense reimbursement policyBoard from time to time.

Reimbursement of Expenses. The Company shall reimburse Executive, upon presentation of proper expense statements, the Executive for all authorized, ordinary and necessary out-of-pocket reasonable business expenses reasonably paid or incurred by the Executive during the Term in connection with the performance of his services pursuant to duties and responsibilities under this Agreement hereunder in accordance with Agreement, upon presentation by the Company’s Executive of documentation, expense reimbursement policystatements, vouchers and/or such other supporting information as the Company may reasonably request.

Reimbursement of Expenses. The Company shall reimburse Executive, upon presentation of proper expense statements, the Executive for all authorized, ordinary and necessary reasonable out-of-pocket expenses reasonably incurred by the Executive during in the Term in connection with the performance course of his services pursuant to this Agreement hereunder duties, in accordance with any business conducted on behalf of the Company’s expense reimbursement policy.

Reimbursement of Expenses. The Company shall reimburse Executive, upon presentation of proper expense statements, Executive for all authorized, ordinary reasonable and necessary out-of-pocket expenses reasonably actually incurred by Executive during the Term directly in connection with the business and affairs of the Company and the performance of his services pursuant Executive’s duties hereunder, in each case subject to this Agreement hereunder appropriate substantiation and itemization of such expenses in accordance with the Company’s expense reimbursement policyguidelines and limitations established by the Company from time to time.

Reimbursement of Expenses. The Company shall reimburse Executive, upon presentation of proper expense statements, Executive for all authorized, ordinary and necessary out-of-pocket reasonable expenses reasonably incurred by Executive during the Term in connection with the performance of his services pursuant while performing Executive’s duties under this Agreement, subject to this Agreement hereunder in accordance with the Company’s expense reimbursement policypolicies in effect from time to time and corroborating documentation reasonably satisfactory to the Company.

In order to receive reimbursement, the Executive must present documentation of the expenses within a reasonable time period after incurring such expenses.

Reimbursement of Expenses. The Company shall reimburse Executivethe Executive for all expenses necessarily and reasonably incurred by him during the Employment Period in connection with the business of the Company, upon presentation of proper expense statements, for all authorized, ordinary receipts or other proof of expenditure and necessary out-of-pocket expenses reasonably incurred subject to such reasonable guidelines or limitations as are established by Executive during the Term in connection with the performance of his services pursuant Company from time to this Agreement hereunder in accordance with the Company’s expense reimbursement policytime.

The Company shall reimburse Executive, upon presentation of proper expense statements, the Executive for all authorized, ordinary and necessary out-of-pocket reasonable expenses reasonably incurred personally by Executive during him or her on behalf of the Term in connection with the performance of his services pursuant to this Agreement hereunder Company in accordance with the policies and procedures applicable to similarly situated executives of the Company’s expense reimbursement policy.

Reimbursement of Expenses. The Company shall reimburse Executive, upon presentation of proper expense statements, Executive for all authorized, ordinary reasonable and necessary out-of-pocket business expenses reasonably incurred and advanced by Executive during the Term him in connection with the performance of carrying out his services pursuant to duties under this Agreement hereunder Agreement, in accordance with the Company’s expense reimbursement policypolicies, as in effect from time to time. Executive shall present to the Company an itemized account of all expenses in such form as may be required by the Company from time to time.

Reimbursement of Expenses. The Company shall reimburse Executive, upon presentation of proper expense statements, the Executive for all authorized, ordinary and necessary out-of-pocket reasonable expenses reasonably incurred by the Executive during the Term in connection with the performance of his services pursuant to this Agreement hereunder incurs in accordance with the reasonable policies and procedures adopted from time to time by the Company’s expense reimbursement policy.

Reimbursement of Expenses. The Company shall reimburse Executive, upon presentation of proper expense statements, for all authorized, ordinary and necessary out-of-pocket expenses reasonably incurred by Executive during the Term in connection with the performance of his her services pursuant to this Agreement hereunder in accordance with the Company’s expense reimbursement policy.

Reimbursement of Expenses. The Company shall reimburse Executive, upon presentation of proper expense statements, Executive for all authorized, ordinary normal and necessary out-of-pocket customary expenses reasonably incurred by Executive during the Term in connection with the performance on behalf of his services pursuant to this Agreement hereunder in accordance with the Company’s expense reimbursement policy; provided, however, that such expenses shall be approved in advance by the Company.

Reimbursement of Expenses. The Company shall reimburse Executive, upon presentation of proper expense statements, the Executive for all authorized, ordinary reasonable and appropriate or necessary out-of-pocket expenses reasonably incurred by Executive during the Term in connection with his carrying out his duties under this Agreement, in conformity with such procedures as the performance of his services pursuant Company may establish from time to this Agreement hereunder in accordance with the Company’s expense reimbursement policytime.

Reimbursement of Expenses. Executive understands that the Company will pay coach fare for any overseas travel requested by the Company.

Reimbursement of Expenses. The Company shall reimburse Executive, upon presentation of proper expense statements, the Executive for all authorized, ordinary and necessary out-of-pocket expenses reasonably incurred by Executive during him on or before the Term Termination Date in connection with the performance his employment, upon submission by him of his services pursuant to this Agreement hereunder appropriate documentation and in accordance with the Company’s expense reimbursement policy's customary practices and policies. The Executive represents that all such reimbursable expenses have been submitted to the Company for reimbursement.

The Company shall reimburse Executive, upon presentation of proper expense statements, Executive for all authorized, ordinary expenses actually and necessary out-of-pocket expenses reasonably incurred by Executive during in the Term in connection with the performance Company’s business interests upon appropriate documentation of his services pursuant to this Agreement hereunder such expenditures in accordance with the Company’s expense reimbursement policywritten policies.

Reimbursement of Expenses. The Company shall reimburse Executive, upon presentation of proper expense statements, Executive for all authorized, ordinary expenses actually and necessary out-of-pocket expenses reasonably incurred by Executive during in the Term in connection with business interests of the performance Company. Such reimbursement shall be made to Executive upon appropriate documentation of his services pursuant to this Agreement hereunder such expenditures in accordance with the Company’s expense reimbursement policypolicies.

Reimbursement of Expenses. The Company shall reimburse Executive, upon presentation of proper expense statements, Executive for all authorized, ordinary and necessary out-of-pocket reasonable business expenses reasonably incurred by Executive during the Term in connection with the performance of his services pursuant duties hereunder, provided that Executive furnishes to this Agreement hereunder in accordance with the Company’s expense reimbursement policyCompany receipts and other documentation reasonably acceptable to the Company evidencing such expenditures.

Reimbursement of Expenses. The Company shall reimburse Executive, upon presentation of proper expense statements, the Executive for all authorized, ordinary and necessary reasonable out-of-pocket expenses reasonably incurred by the Executive during the Term in connection with the performance of his services pursuant duties under this Agreement; provided that the Executive presents to this Agreement hereunder in accordance with the Company’s expense reimbursement policyCompany an itemized accounting of such expenses including reasonable supporting data.

Reimbursement of Expenses. The Company shall reimburse Executive, upon presentation of proper expense statements, for all authorizedauthorized in writing, ordinary and necessary out-of-pocket expenses reasonably incurred by Executive during the Term in connection with the performance of his services pursuant to this Agreement hereunder in accordance with the Company’s expense reimbursement policy.

Reimbursement of Expenses. The Company agrees that Executive shall reimburse Executive, upon presentation of proper expense statements, be reimbursed by the Company for all authorized, ordinary reasonable expenses actually and necessary out-of-pocket expenses reasonably properly incurred by Executive during the Term in connection with the performance of his services pursuant to this Agreement hereunder in accordance with the Company’s expense reimbursement policypolicies. Executive shall provide the Company with receipts and other supporting materials for all such expenses in a timely fashion.

Reimbursement of Expenses. The Company shall reimburse Executive, upon presentation of proper expense statements, the Executive for all authorized, ordinary and necessary outreasonable business-of-pocket related expenses reasonably incurred or paid by the Executive during the Term in connection with with, or related to, the performance of his services pursuant to duties under this Agreement hereunder Agreement, upon presentation by the Executive of documentation, expense statements, vouchers and/or such other supporting information as the Company may request, provided, however, that the amount available for such business-related expenses may be fixed in accordance with advance by the Company’s expense reimbursement policyBoard.

Reimbursement of Expenses. The Company shall pay or reimburse Executive, upon presentation Executive in accordance with the standard policies and practices of proper expense statements, the Company for all authorized, ordinary and necessary out-of-pocket reasonable expenses reasonably incurred by Executive during the Term Employment Period in connection with his employment hereunder or the performance business of his services pursuant to this Agreement hereunder in accordance with the Company’s expense reimbursement policy.

Reimbursement of Expenses. The Company shall reimburse Executive, upon presentation of proper expense statements, the Executive for all authorized, ordinary and necessary out-of-pocket reasonable expenses reasonably incurred by Executive during the Term in connection with his employment by the Company, including, without limitation, reasonable travel, lodging and meal expenses incurred by him in connection with his performance of his services pursuant hereunder, upon submission of supporting documentation reasonably satisfactory to this Agreement hereunder in accordance with the Company’s expense reimbursement policy.

Reimbursement of Expenses. The Company shall reimburse Executive, upon presentation of proper expense statements, Executive for all authorized, ordinary and necessary reasonable out-of-pocket expenses reasonably properly incurred by Executive during on behalf of and directly for the Term benefit of the Company in connection with the performance of his services pursuant to this Agreement duties hereunder and in accordance with policies set by the Board of Directors of the Company’s expense reimbursement policy; provided that proper written vouchers are submitted to the Company by Executive evidencing such expenses and the purposes for which the same were incurred.

Reimbursement of Expenses. The Company shall reimburse Executive, upon presentation of proper expense statements, the Executive for all authorized, ordinary and necessary out-of-pocket expenses reasonably properly incurred by Executive during the Term him in connection with the performance of his services pursuant to this Agreement duties hereunder in accordance with policies established from time to time by the Board of Directors of the Company’s expense reimbursement policy.

Reimbursement of Expenses. The Company shall reimburse Executive, upon presentation of proper expense statements, the Executive for all authorized, ordinary and necessary out-of-pocket reasonable expenses reasonably actually incurred by the Executive during the Term in connection with the business affairs of the Company and the performance of his services pursuant duties hereunder. The Executive shall comply with such reasonable limitations nd reporting requirements with respect to this Agreement hereunder in accordance with such expenses as the Company’s expense reimbursement policyBoard may establish from time to time.

Reimbursement of Expenses. The Company shall reimburse Executivethe Executive for all expenses necessarily and reasonably incurred by her in connection with the business of the Company, upon presentation of proper expense statementsreceipts or other proof of expenditure and subject to such reasonable guidelines or limitations provided to the Executive and applied prospectively, for all authorized, ordinary and necessary out-of-pocket expenses reasonably incurred as established by Executive during the Term in connection with the performance of his services pursuant to this Agreement hereunder in accordance with the Company’s expense reimbursement policy.

Reimbursement of Expenses. The Company Executive shall reimburse Executivereceive prompt reimbursement of all reasonable expenses incurred in the ordinary course of business on behalf of the Company, upon subject to the presentation of proper expense statementsreceipts or other appropriate documentation and approval by, for all authorized, ordinary and necessary out-of-pocket expenses reasonably incurred by Executive during the Term in connection with the performance of his services pursuant to this Agreement hereunder in accordance with the policies established by, the Company’s expense reimbursement policy.

Reimbursement of Expenses. The Company shall reimburse Executive, upon presentation of proper expense statements, Executive for all authorized, ordinary and necessary out-of-pocket expenses reasonably properly incurred by Executive during the Term him in connection with the performance of his services pursuant to this Agreement duties hereunder in accordance with policies, established from time to time by the Board of Directors of the Company’s expense reimbursement policy.

Reimbursement of Expenses. The Company shall reimburse Executive, upon presentation of proper expense statements, the Executive for all authorized, ordinary reasonable and necessary out-of-pocket business expenses reasonably incurred by Executive during the Term in connection with the performance of his services pursuant to this Agreement hereunder in accordance with the Company’s expense its established reimbursement policypolicies and procedures, as in effect from time to time.

Reimbursement of Expenses. The Company shall reimburse Executive, upon presentation of proper expense statementsstatements and receipts, for all preapproved in writing, authorized, ordinary and necessary out-of-pocket expenses reasonably incurred by Executive during the Term in connection with the performance of his services pursuant to this Agreement hereunder in accordance with the Company’s expense reimbursement policy.

Reimbursement of Expenses. The Company shall reimburse Executive, upon presentation of proper expense statements, the Executive for all authorized, ordinary reasonable and appropriate or necessary out-of-pocket expenses reasonably incurred by Executive during the Term in connection with the performance of his services pursuant Executive's carrying out the Executive's duties under this Agreement, in conformity with such procedures as the Company may establish from time to this Agreement hereunder in accordance with the Company’s expense reimbursement policytime.

Reimbursement of Expenses. The Company shall reimburse Executive, upon presentation of proper expense statements, for all authorized, ordinary and necessary out-of-pocket expenses reasonably incurred by Executive during the Term in connection with the performance of his her services pursuant to this Agreement hereunder in accordance with the Company’s expense reimbursement policy. Executive understands that the Company will pay coach fare for any overseas travel requested or approved by the Company.

Reimbursement of Expenses. The Company shall reimburse Executive, upon presentation of proper expense statements, the Executive for all authorized, ordinary and necessary out-of-pocket of his reasonable expenses reasonably incurred by Executive during the Term in connection with the performance of his services pursuant to this Agreement hereunder duties hereunder, in accordance with the Company’s 's generally applicable expense reimbursement policy as in effect from time to time and upon compliance with all reasonable accounting and reporting requirements as set forth in such policy.

Reimbursement of Expenses. The Company shall reimburse Executive, upon presentation of proper expense statements, for all authorized, ordinary and necessary out-of-pocket expenses reasonably incurred by Executive during the Term in connection with the performance of his services pursuant to this Agreement hereunder in accordance with the Company’s 's expense reimbursement policy.

Reimbursement of Expenses. The Company shall reimburse ExecutiveExecutive for any and all necessary, upon presentation of proper expense statementscustomary and usual expenses, for all authorizedproperly receipted in accordance with corporate policies, ordinary and necessary out-of-pocket expenses reasonably incurred by Executive during the Term in connection with the performance on behalf of his services pursuant to this Agreement hereunder in accordance with the Company’s expense reimbursement policy.

Reimbursement of Expenses. The Company shall reimburse the Executive, upon presentation of proper expense statementsreceipts or other adequate documentation in accordance with Company policy, for all authorized, ordinary necessary and necessary out-of-pocket reasonable business expenses reasonably incurred by the Executive consistent with Company policy, in the course of rendering services to the Company during the Term in connection with the performance Executive’s period of his services pursuant to this Agreement hereunder in accordance with the Company’s expense reimbursement policyemployment hereunder.

Reimbursement of Expenses. Reimbursement of Expenses. (a) The Company shall reimburse Executive, upon presentation of proper expense statements, Executive for all authorized, ordinary reasonable legal fees and necessary out-of-pocket expenses reasonably incurred by Executive during the Term him in connection with the performance execution and delivery of his services pursuant to this Agreement hereunder in accordance with the Company’s expense reimbursement policyAgreement.

Reimbursement of Expenses. The Company shall reimburse Executive, upon presentation of proper expense statements, for all authorized, ordinary and necessary out-of-pocket expenses reasonably incurred by Executive during the Term in connection with the performance of his services pursuant to this Agreement hereunder Agreement; provided however, that Executive shall be required to obtain prior approval from the Company for all expenditures in accordance with the Company’s expense reimbursement policyexcess of five thousand U.S. dollars ($5000).

If the Company requires Executive to travel, the Company will pay coach fare.

The Company shall reimburse the Executive, upon presentation of proper expense statements, for all authorized, ordinary and necessary out-of-pocket out‑of‑pocket expenses reasonably incurred by Executive during the Term in connection with the performance of his her services pursuant to this Agreement hereunder in accordance with the Company’s expense reimbursement policy.

Reimbursement of Expenses. The Company shall reimburse Executive, upon presentation of proper expense statements, the Executive for all authorized, ordinary and necessary out-of-pocket such expenses as may be reasonably incurred by the Executive during in furtherance of the Term in connection with the Executive's performance of his services pursuant duties hereunder, subject to this Agreement hereunder and in accordance with the Company’s expense Company policies concerning reimbursement policyof such expenses and provided, in any event, that the Executive timely furnishes to the Company a complete and accurate accounting of all such, expenses.

Reimbursement of Expenses. The Company shall reimburse Executive, upon presentation of proper expense statements, Executive for all authorized, ordinary proper and necessary reasonable out-of-pocket expenses reasonably incurred by Executive during him in performing his duties hereunder, subject to Executive's submission of an accounting and receipts as required by the Term in connection with the performance of his services pursuant to this Agreement hereunder Company and provided their extent and nature are approved in accordance with the policy and procedures of the Company’s expense reimbursement policy.
