Common use of Reimbursement of Certain Expenses Clause in Contracts

Reimbursement of Certain Expenses. Employee shall be reimbursed for such reasonable and necessary business expenses incurred by him while he is employed by the Company, which are directly related to the furtherance of the Company’s business. Employee must submit any request for reimbursement in accordance with the Company’s reimbursement policy regarding same and business expenses must be substantiated by appropriate receipts and documentation as required by applicable Company policy.
