Common use of Reimbursement from Third Party Payors Clause in Contracts

Reimbursement from Third Party Payors. The accounts receivable of the Borrower and each Restricted Subsidiary and each Contract Provider have been and will continue to be adjusted to reflect reimbursement permitted by third party payors such as Medicare, Medicaid, Blue Cross/Blue Shield, private insurance companies, health maintenance organizations, preferred provider organizations, alternative delivery systems, managed care systems, government contracting agencies and other third party payors. In particular, the Borrower, each Restricted Subsidiary and each Contract Provider has paid or caused to be paid all known and undisputed refunds, overpayments or adjustments which have become due to any third party payor of health care benefits for any undisputed refund, overpayment or adjustment, except where such failure would not reasonably be expected to have a Material Adverse Effect.
