Reimbursement from Third Party Payors. The accounts receivable for the physician groups for which the Borrower and its Subsidiaries provide management services have been and will continue to be adjusted to reflect reimbursement policies of third party payors such as Medicare, Medicaid, Blue Cross/Blue Shield, private insurance companies, health maintenance organizations, preferred provider organizations, alternative delivery systems, managed care systems and other third party payors. In particular, the accounts receivable relating to such third party payors do not and shall not exceed amounts the relevant physician group is entitled to receive under any capitation arrangement, fee schedule, discount formula, cost-based reimbursement or other adjustment or limitation to the usual charges of such physician group.
